Still not sure how they sell so low but the MS office I purchased downloaded and works great.

I purchased Microsoft word from this company on my email and sent it to my daughter for her computer to download at college. The program will not work because it was not purchased on her computer. I have reached out several times by email to have this issue fix and was promised a call back within 24-48 hours and heard nothing. Sent follow up email and once again heard nothing. So if you have an issue, their customer service is terrible!!!! So now I’m disputing it with my credit card company.

Needed a word processes that doesn't cost your first male child, word 2019 does everything that 360 does for the home student.

The process of purchasing this software was very easy. I did not have any issues receiving the license code or downloading the software. I was contacted right away without waiting. This is a good company. Thank you

I purchased a Microsoft Professional Office 2019 on 9/1/20 online but my email address was incorrect, I never received the product key. I was charged twice on my bank account one for $59.99 and the one I did get was $54.00.

I was having trouble downloading an installing my product. I contacted Samedaysoftware and Jacob was very helpful.

I purchased Office 2019. After around a few months, I received a notice that my product is inactive and features are disabled. I repeatedly received emails from Jacob and Lee asking for screenshots. They received them and made suggestions that didn't work. So, I appreciated their follow up emails. However, it didn't fix the problem. I even mentioned in Live Chat and the emails that I would pay to speak with someone in order to get to the bottom of things. This went on for weeks.

It was easy and a good price

I just retired and was concerned I would not be able to match the same level of MS Office software and support I was accustomed to in my professional position. Sameday Software exceeded all expectations both on price, Ease of download, use, and quality of performance. They also reached out shortly after purchase to ensure I was satisfied. Told them I was delighted.

None of my files actually save. I type them and then I can never open them again. Don’t waste your money on this program. Just use the free online version of Microsoft Word. At least with that program you can save your work and print them and they don’t just disappear into the void of your computer.

The code I received said it had already been redeemed. Waste of $40. Help chat was of no help

I didn't read the instructions for the download properly and was very frustrated. When I emailed for help, Jacob was very patient and helpful and I got it all done with his instructions. He has also been excellent about followup. I would definitely recommend Samedaysoftware for software purchase.
