Sanasty Car Hire Tenerife Avaliações

This week we were assisted by Dori. Car was lovely and clean. Good customer service by both Dori and office! Will 100% use again! 5*

Absolute fantastic service from Sanasty car hire. Andrew and Lisa were both prompt in answering any questions via email during the booking process. They sorted us a car and car seat for the days we required and hassle free delivery and pickup from our hotel. John who delivered the car was great, providing us with tips of places to visit and demonstrating everything we needed to know for the car. Couldn’t fault them at all and will definitely be using them again. We hired the Seat Arona for a family of 5 which was spacious and spotlessly clean and the payment on delivery with no deposit was fantastic

Absolutely excellent service from enquiry/booking to returning the car. No queues to wait in at the airport the car was delivered there for us, we had a fiat panda for 2 weeks, great little car for getting round the island and easy to park. Will certainly book again

Hired from Sanasty on multiple occasions and always been provided with impeccable service. Andrew and the team are always lovely, friends and welcoming. They answer any questions you have not just about the car hire but Tenerife in general! They make you feel at ease and the vehicles are always spotlessly clean and well presented/maintained. Email/ enquiries are always answered promptly and efficiently. This time we enquired about hiring with only a few days notice (stargazing was the main aim and we were planning around the weather!) but they were nothing but accommodating and sorted us straight out. Would not hire from anywhere else on the island!

3rd time renting from Sanasty.
Brilliant service from Dori delivering the car to our property and a seamless service.
Car delivered was in tip top condition with minimal scratches.
Well done again Dori you are an asset to the company.

The car (VW Taigo automatic) was perfect and gave zero problems, had enough power to take us uphill, and didn’t spend so much gas. The pick up and drop off were fast and easy. The team was friendly and helpful. Very recommended.

Andrew and his team are fantastic. They are fast with responses and very helpful with any questions you may have. They also recommend loads of ideas of what to do in Tenerife this week. Thank you to all the team

Very easy to organise the rental of a small car for a few days and the car itself was faultless and clean.

I have to say renting a car through Sanasty was very easy from start to finish. Being able to pick the car and drop the car off at the airport is a fantastic service. Going to the office and paying was also very easy. We saw Andrew at the office who gave us a few tips. Would definitely use next time we come.

Really easy to use , good communication no waiting around car was ready and waiting for me when i wanted it . Fully recomend using them and will definately be using them again

Great communication, easy pick up and drop off and good quality cars.

Would highly recommend Sanasty Car rental. No queues to collect. Straight out to the car park and drive away.
Car was immaculate and a lovely drive.
Support local 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Excellent comunication, excellent service:
- The car was in front of the airport exit, so we didn't spent time waiting in the quee at the rental office.
- No pushing to pay the service, I have paid on the next day without any problem.
- Very convenient when I had to return the car at the same place and just cross the street to reach the airport entrance.
I fully recommend this service, and for sure I will choose them next time when I will come to Tenerife.

We contacted Andrew to arrange our 2 week rental. He was very courteous and professional. Collected the car at the airport. It was a VW Tiago virtually new extremely clean and unmarked. Loved the driving experience. Would recommend this company as there is no queuing at a desk just walk out of arrivals follow instructions and collect your car, simplicity.

Brilliant company hired a car of Andrew for 6 days picked up from office and dropped off at the airport. EXCELLENT Value for money
ASLO ENGLISH SPEAKING

Would defo recommend 10/10

Thankyou Sanasty.
We rented a Seat Ibiza. Was at a good fair price and totally hassle free from start to finish.
We was provided with a quality car seat. Would recommend.

We use Sanasty every time we visit Tenerife, this time we had the car delivered to the hotel in Golf Del Sur and true to form the car arrived on time, unlike the big companies at the airport the best features of this company are, (speaking from experience) no stupid credit card deposits, no massive queue, no made up claims, no weeks of waiting for your deposit back and you can pay with cash or card. No brainer for us.

Absolutely brilliant service. No hassle car hire. Brilliant staff. Will always use Sanasty from now on. So easy to deal with.

This is the second time I’ve used sanasty car hire and they have always been a quick easy and cheap option for us. A straight forward system for airport pick up and drop off and wonderful and friendly staff. Just a shame they’re only in Tenerife. If they had a place out in Florida next year. I’d hire from sanasty there too. VW T-Roc convertible was in excellent condition and looked classy and was cheaper than some standard hatchback models from other companies
