Sapaso Pools is a complete gamble for whether they will have an "In Stock" part actually in stock. Or if when an order ships that all of the ordered items are present.

If you are lucky and the part(s) are in stock, then order fulfillment is very quick (however no tracking number is provided in the shipment notification nor on their website). Granted, that luck lasts until opening the shipment and seeing that not all items are present (even though their website says they all shipped).

When contacting them, if they respond, expect poor grammar and that the missing item(s) are on a 2-3+ week backorder even though their website still shows them as in stock.

This is nothing but a scam site. They sent a temperature probe that was DOA. When I asked to have it replace with one that worked, they just said tough and refused to do anything about it. Save your money and go elsewhere. I contacted them three different times and their response was always the same.

If you attempt to contact them about a return they will not email you back.

Not happy with their customer service at all!!! The product came on time but a portion of the product that was supposed to be shipped along with it was not included - they told me they didn’t have it anymore so they couldn’t ship it. I had to go elsewhere to purchase what I needed to finish my install. And I spent $125. To have it all not a portion.

Cheapest price I could find anywhere - very fast shipping - and even shipping price was very reasonable (cheap) as it came across the country in a few days via FedEx. Packaged very well. I was concerned as the look like a small outfit given the address - but I will de identify save I for for future needs. Leaving this positive feedback so others know they are a legit company and came thru for me.

What impressed me the most was the on-time delivery—it arrived right when they said it would, which is always a plus. Sapaso Pools has proven to be a reliable source for spa parts, and I’ll definitely be ordering from them again. Highly recommended
