Really angry

Really angry . They constantly pest you for business but when you've taken out a policy with them and you haven't received any information from the provider they ignore text messages. A direct debit has now been set up but I feel like cancelling the whole thing as I have had nothing direct from sunlife as yet about my personal policy

Other than the product I was enquiring about,nobody tried to get me to buy other types of insurance.It comes as a great surprise to find a company that supplies exactly what you ask for.The sales advisor was not pushy,and very helpful to. If I need I will come back to you fist.Good luck to you all.
