Anniversary cruise

Simply wonderful
From the beginning, when we were considering where to go, through the search for hotels and flight options, and finally the booking of our holiday, Savvi Travel were brilliant. The entire process was efficient and effortless, saving us so much time trawling through airline and hotel websites ourselves.
Their knowledge of the destination, resort and hotels made our holiday a very wonderful experience.
We will definitely use them when planning any future holidays.

Hassle-free trip to Rome
Savvi Travel took all the hassle out of planning and booking our trip to Rome. They even checked us in, so all we had to do was turn up. Our hotel was great and we had a really wonderful four days in this beautiful city.

Ann from Savvi Travel organised our first family holiday abroad and it was perfect. Everything was well organised and the trip went smooth. The hotel was great for families and our girls had the best time which is all we could have asked for. Thank you- we can’t wait to book our next holiday with you!

Do not use Savvi Travel
I decided to use a travel agent to help and advise when booking my first cruise.
I was only offered one company P&O with others I enquired about being dismissed. I was advised that the lady had actually been on the ship and had also cruised on most of the fleet. I explained this was my first experience and therefore needed it all organised for me for piece of mind.
On arrival at Southampton I quickly realised she had not organised any parking which led to 2 hours of stress to sort out and a bill £160.00. My only option was to pay or miss the ship.
The cruise was 3star at best with lots of children on board, no evening shows which she had stated there would be. I travelled with my mother who is 86 so we were definitely not looking for a family cruise which she was also aware of.
I have raised these issues with Savvi travel via email and after promising to get back to me within 28 days, they have chosen not to respond.
If you want good help and advice …. Use another travel agent.

Afternoon Kerry, A little disappointed you felt you had to leave a review, when this is still be investigated. We replied to all your emails on the 18th September and today 12 October stating that we are investigating and will reply in 28 days which is next week on the 16th October 2023. Updated Info.
1. No Parking was requested.
2. Other cruise lines are available, but the P&O option was the only one available.
3.As the cruise was not an Adult only cruise, Children potentially could be passengers onboard.
4.P&O have advised that there was entertainment onboard as every ship in their fleet.
5. On our phone recording when you were sorting carparking out you said you were fine, and you had to go so could not speak.
6. Your mother was ok with the information provided on the app when instore. we could have also showed yourself, if your mother did not understand, this was not translated back to us prior to departure.
Great customer service, friendly, fast and knowledgeable
Val was very friendly and professional. She listened to our requirements and came up with 3 options that all suited of our needs - including options we hadn’t considered. Very knowledgeable about the different countries, their climate and culture and explained what we could expect.
A much nicer experience than trawling through the internet yourself trying to find something!

Great service…very easy experience..
We booked our holiday through SAVVI, for the first time. We were going with a big group of people, who had booked local to themselves.
Very helpful, everything booked for us, boarding passes printed out..
will definitely book through SAVVI again.

We have used Savvi Travel in Olney since our first big trip to Australia in 2016. Ann is our ‘go to’ and she’s arranged many, many trips since then. All been fabulous. We usually know what we like and Ann works seamlessly with our ideas. But even if we didn’t have a clue what to do next, Owners Dave and Kay have client service spot on. Ann and all the Savvi team are so helpful and very knowledgeable, we know we would be soon spoilt for choice ! The ethos of Savvi Travel is great. A friendly team in a family run company that provide tailor made holidays if you wish and work on budget to give you the best value. Whilst at the same time leaving you feeling like you are the only client in the room. Thank you Savvi. Now, where shall we go next? Steve and Jan C.
