SBC provide a superb personalised service
SBC are always so helpful and efficient. I have been a customer for over 20 years. They understand my needs and sort out any technical issues or difficulties I may have.
I really appreciate that if my phone can’t be fixed straight away they lend me a phone.
A lot of the staff have been there for a long time so you really feel you know them and they know your needs. It is so lovely to have such a personalised service these days. Ian Milton has always been incredibly helpful and patient when I have any queries.

If there is one company I couldn’t do without it’s SBC! They go over and above to help, and are a wealth of knowledge in their field! If they can’t help you with your tech issues, no one can! They are always very friendly and professional, from the receptionists through to the management and they all work as one team! Wouldn’t go anywhere else and highly recommend SBC to individuals or large companies!
