Shockingly bad customer service
I have emailed this company 4 times about my order and to date have not received a reply . There is no contact phone number so I have no way of contacting them

Amazing plants and service
Beautiful plants that arrived in great condition. The packaging protected the plants and is all recyclable which is amazing. I was missing a care card for one of the plants I ordered and Merje was very friendly and accommodating in sending one out.
Have already placed another order and can’t wait for it to arrive.

Lovely plant subscription service
Lovely plant subscription service. Plants are in good condition, plant types and shapes vary considerably and the pots they come in are just gorgeous. The ability to select which plant arrived next would be a plus.

Recommend
I had problems with my order but customer service helped me straight away and even gave me an extra plant as compensation.
I would 100% recommend Scandiscapes.

Goods came with sticker showing lower…
Goods came with sticker showing lower price than I paid - even with "20% discount". Items arrived in separate deliveries - really inconvenient. No reply to emails.

Hi Judith,
I am really sorry this was not the best experience for you. As we discussed over email, we are still quite a young company so not all processes work perfectly every time - the two items should have arrived at the same time but unfortunately did not in this case. Apologies as well for the sticker which understandably made you feel cheated- this was from a market event I did recently where I was able to sell items at a cheaper cost as there were no packaging, shipping, storage, marketing etc. costs involved.
I do hope you enjoy your lovely plant regardless of this and I really appreciate your feedback - it will go a long way in helping me get our processes working even better.

It's was a tiny plant for the price. For the amount I paid I would have expected better.
Originally left a 1 star review but the customer service after was impeccable.

I appreciate you were disappointed with your plant - they do unfortunately vary slightly in size - don't worry, you did not sign up for a subscription but I have now refunded the order to you as the idea is to delight people with gorgeous plants, disappoint them!

Disappointing quality, late delivery
Initial lack of communication was followed by a further delay in delivery. Further disappointment with the plant delivered, I was expecting a bit better for my £15 than a small Easter cactus. The ceramic pot was cute but didn’t save the experience from being poor. As this is a monthly subscription I will give it another month to see if the quality improves. Disappointing and substandard ☹️

I am so sorry for the delays with the subscriptions over the past two months. If I'm honest, I have been a bit overwhelmed with the popularity of the subscription service. As I mentioned over email, your feedback has helped put some more robust processes in place which will ensure these delays no longer happen.
I am also sorry you are not finding the subscription value for money - the succulent subscriptions are usually for smaller succulents with the added value of getting a surprise, a matching planter and care instructions specific to the plant. I do realise this will not be as cheap as going out to buy the same plant on it's own.
Please do let me know if you have any further feedback - I am very keen to learn from mistakes so we avoid making them again.
