Beautiful memorial glass birds - highly recommend
I ordered two memorial glass birds containing ashes. I was kept updated and informed throughout, which included an acknowledgment of when the ashes had been received, which was comforting.
I received my order earlier than the quoted timescales and both the memorial glass birds are beautiful. I can’t fault the process, it was simple, thoughtful and stress free. I’m so pleased with the end result. I would definitely recommend. Thank you!

A Company that Cares
I ordered 3 Robins and a ring a few weeks ago containing my Wifes ashes for myself and son and daughter and have received them all before Christmas which I am very grateful for. The whole process and experience with Scattering Ashes from initial enquiry, point of order, communication and help throughout to delivery was excellent. The products are of the highest quality and Helen and the rest of the team are compassionate and friendly and deliver brilliant customer service. Would 💯 recommend this company to provide memorable items to help remember lost loved ones. As a family we now have beautiful items that we will cherish for the coming years to remember a lost but never forgotten wife and mother.

Fir Cone Memorial
I ordered a Fir Cone Memorial from Scattering Ashes for my Dad's ashes. It is so beautiful and perfect to keep in our garden as a lasting memorial.
There was a slight glitch in delivery through no fault of the company but this was resolved quickly.

Unusual urn but quite perfect

Ceremony at Sea
I ordered a Water Journey Urn, it was delivered swiftly and very well packaged, the urn itself was made from beautiful material, the colour I chose was perfect. We scattered my father's ashes at sea, on a cruise on our way into Valletta Malta in a beautiful ceremony on P&O Azura. Everything was wonderful. My daughter transferred the ashes into the urn and said it was very simple. We are all very satisfied and happy that we chose to buy from this company.

Excellent service, thoughtful and highly recommended
From the start, I found the Scattering Ashes website was full of useful information. When I contacted them in person, I found them very helpful and understanding. They swiftly arranged the despatch of some pillow water urns, which arrived next day, in time for us to take away to our chosen location.
In the end, we decided against a water location for the ashes. Again, Scattering Ashes were extremely helpful in organising a return and refund for the unused water urns.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending their service and would certainly use them again in future. Thank you for making something so difficult much easier.

Great customer service
I used scattering ashes to help get in touch with a local boat captain to allow us to scatter my Mum's ashes. They helped in getting in contact, which we then arranged with the boat captain.
As part of this we also bought a water urn, which has to be the best thing ever as it allows for no flying ashes if it is slightly windy as everything is contained and biodegradable in the urn.
The urns were dispatched and delivered quickly.
The water urn was really nicely made.
We also ordered another urn but due to a mistake on our side it was the wrong urn, scattering ashes kindly provided a refund after we returned the urn with no fuss. This care is what is needed in this type of business so can only recommend them highly. Thank you Richard, Karen and Helen

Great customer service from Helen. Unfortunately the parcel containing the water urn I ordered was damaged in transit. Courier issue, not the fault of Scattering Ashes.
Helen answered my email very quickly, apologising and with plans to replace the urn.

Scattering Ashes were a funeral director's suggestion.
Scattering Ashes were a funeral director's suggestion, who had taken care of both mother and father's funerals, as we wanted to give them a send off from the sea off Brighton.
Choosing the cushion/urn was a simple process, although I found the description of urn slightly confusing as I imagined something like a vase shape.
I was advise of a delivery date period and it arrived on time. I'd requested an inscription which was faithfully reproduced.

Beach walk coasters
I ordered 2 memorial coaters, beach walks. They were just as shown. Very pleased with them. The service was great especially as dealing with such a delicate thing. Packing was perfect. Everything was so easy from start to finish.
