This used to be my bank in the military, then after several buyouts, the quality simply diminished as the new generations of bank employees and new generation of self serving banking "rules" not regulations, tended to hamstring what few remaining loyal customers are left. I bought from back market, they didn't deliver. both SCCU and back market officially feel as though that is too bad for me, and will receive NO refund. Essentially, SCCU said " go kick rocks, it ain't my money" after reporting this to rep 'Tajay' on the 24th, i was told the money was returned after sending proof documents. This morning after seeing that No refund was given, i spoke with rep Danielle, who informed me that NO refund was given nor warranted. "you haven't qualified for a refund" apparently the previous rep was lying? She places me on hold for 24 minutes to come on and say, nah,yeah. we ain't helping dude. after telling me to basically kick rocks again, the"supervisor"dylan comes to talk, repeating the same idiocy. the claim is denied due to you 'cursing the seller for stealing'. "also mr customer, i understand we've been treating you like trash over this, but i don't like how you speak"

I found Space Coast CreditUnion to be pleasant and helpful. I have had no problems with company. I have been very unhappy with Regions as to moving locations and errors, Suntrust errors. I will stay with SCCU.
You won't believe this....
I've been banking with SCCU for years for both business and personal. One of my agents went to make a deposit to my business account and on the slip they gave him my account balance. This is a privacy law issue. Private information like that is only accessible via a warrant. It is also not standard practice. I'm not litigious by any means, but banks/credit unions need to be held to basic standards of not revealing balances or other private information. I'm beyond upset and all I received was an apology from a local branch manager. I'm seriously considering further action. Let's see what they do to fix this major issue.
