Amazing company, offered help and precious time to find the right part for my wheelchair accessible trike then when I had difficulty fitting the parts (Brake caliper seals) asked me to send the caliper and they will fit the part, years since I have come across service like this, thought it had long since disappeared, Thank you James

Grate job at replacement under warranty definitely buy from them again in the future

I cannot speak highly enough of the company, they went way beyond general customer service to try and help me, in the end I was "unhelpable" but it did not stop them trying !!!!!!

Do not use this company terrible service
I purchased some clutch plates but due to covid I did not get a chance to fit them straight away due to my bike being at my ederly parents house when I came to fit the plates I discovered that they where all warped to the point It would be impossible to fit them let alone use them I contacted the seller to inform them of the problem in which they said I had had these plates for over three months which is not true it was just over a month they told me due to it being three months they could not refund me but it was only just over a month. They also said they could replace them but would need a picture first I replied with a picture of the discs I then sent another message but it is like the seller has just blanked me and they are still not replying to other emails do not buy from this company they are not a good company and once the have you money they don't want to know.
I have had to set up a PayPal dispute
By surprise the have emailed me saying no money back and no refund
Again bad bad company

Useless never received items despite several promises they had sent them don’t waste your time they never answer the phone either everything is via email and the responses are a waste of time it’s always yes we have and yes it’s on it’s way but when tracked it clearly shows the courier has not received anything

Terrible company to deal with. Initially took a long time to post. Ordered a set of sprockets and a chain. Front sprocket had to be exchanged (no fault of anybody, model year had two types). I was asked to send the sprocket back, which I did the next day tracked and with a fast courier. No contact even a week after I knew the parcel had arrived. After contacting them I was then asked for a tracking number, the size of the parcel and what I actually sent back all in separate emails. Once I had answered these question I had no response again, even after multiple emails. So I started a claim through PayPal. Miraculously they then decided it would be a good time to reply. At this point I’m asked all the same questions about tracking and size again, all very slow responses. Eventually it looks like I’m getting somewhere after being accused of not replying myself (despite having the messages still in my “sent” folder) to which the reply was “I tried ringing you” (no missed calls on my phone of course) I’m told the correct item will be sent out Via next day delivery. So I wait 2 or 3 days incase the current situation is slowing down post. Nothing arrives. I’ve since messaged again with no reply and I still haven’t received the item. Amongst all this all I have received is endless excuses and consistent blaming of the whole situation on the pandemic. It’s been Nearly 2 months since I Initially ordered from this incompetent company!
