Entered the competition hoping I might win something nice for my husband — I never expected it to turn into such a special surprise. Winning a men’s curb chain from Scott’s Jewellers honestly made my day, but seeing his reaction made it even better.

Order 7311, originally ordered a bracelet December 2025 within 2/3 weeks it had left green marks on wrist. I asked for a refund and got told they wouldnt refund money but i could order again as their stock had been made better. So i choose another bracelet and within 2 days it has peeled/faded. To which i sent evidence both times. I have emailed them asking for a refund as i do not want a replacement or order from them again. Had no reply, i then emailed again and i have been ignored. I am now out of pocket. I am NOT happy!!
