As most furniture sold by this company is made to order, I can only review the initial purchase. We were warmly met at the entrance to the shop and on hearing we already knew what we wished to look at, we were guided to the model of armchair we were interested in. The salesperson was knowledgeable of the materials available and we were able to view the different leather options available in-store. At no time did we feel pressured into making any decisions and once we were given the relevant information, we were left to make our choices. We hope the remainder of the purchasing experience follows the high standards set in the showroom.

I was greeted at the door by a lovely salesman. Not pushy at all.
Listened to what I was looking for and showed me a few items till I found mine.
He was full of knowledge was patient with me and my anxiety bleeding nose ect. We closed the deal and I was very happy. I even got an amazing Italian coffee.

Sales Assistant was friendly, knowledgeable and talked us through the whole process.

Made very welcome and had a good knowledge of the products on sale

Nathan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable,gave us time and advice which helped us make our minds up.

The salesman was welcoming, helpful and courteous. Couldn't have asked for better.

What a positive experience I had. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the lovely AJ (think that’s what his name was!)
What I was really impressed with was the amazing amount of choice in fabrics and colours.

The whole process of ordering was easy and quick. Looking forward to enjoying my new sofa and cushions very soon!

Raz was brilliant. Went in with my Nan to find a sofa, he was incredibly patient and went through the options with her. There wasn’t anything that was too much trouble!

Right from sale to delivery, everything was perfect. The sofas came before the due date. The delivery drivers were very professional and courteous. My sofas were put together in no time at all. I am 100% satisfied and pleased with everything. Thank you ScS, and thank you to the delivery drivers

The delivery it's self was very good but your tracking app is rubbish gave us totally wrong info told us a totally different time that is was meant to be delivered so you really need to sort that out but the guys that delivered our sofa were nice polite and quick at setting up sofa

i ordered a leather sofa on sunday 1st feb 26 just been in shop to cancel 3rd feb after looking at facebook scs complaints and reading 1 review trust pilot ive been told i cannot cancel but i could amend so it has not gone into production yet they will not cancel they have had 1000 pounds from me i have told them i will not pay any more money but they say they are going to make the sofa any way and chase me for the rest with their legal team bedford store manager nathan everything people say about this companies bad customer service is true you cannot get in contact with any one to complain so i will be contacting citizens advice and my bank tomorrow

Went to scs at Bradford
.store to look for a new three piece sweet i asked if I could use the toilet and was told no they sed go to the cafe next door so I left the store and we won't be going back ever again.

Perfect delivery from the SCS delivery guys, they kindly helped me move our old sofa out the living room installed our lovely new recliner sofa, very friendly guys. Very much appreciated.

Very good delivery

The delivery men were quite rude, they was arguing amongst themselves and snapping at each other. I wasnt happy with the sofa but if im honest I wasnt comfortable to say to them.
