Staff, service and delivery all good

👍👍excellent. Giovanni was so nice, very helpful but not pushy. Love the furniture we have chosen and feel everything was done to make us the customer feel listened to.

We popped into the castle vale store today (2/6/26) just for a browse around as we were sofa shopping. We were honest with the staff member Kerri and said that we had already found a sofa elsewhere but was just double checking other places before we made our final purchase. Kerri was welcoming from the get go, they made sure all the sofas were switched on and looking their best (turning on lighting and features) they talked us through our options and directed us to the best sofas that matched what we had already found. I honestly can’t praise them enough.
We almost felt guilty leaving without giving them a sale!
I’ve tried to look on the company website but there is no feedback option so I’m leaving this here. Mainly hoping that Kerri gets proper recognition for a job done perfectly but also to let people know what a lovely friendly store it is at castle vale too.
Thank you for your time, advice and general conversation. You’re a credit to the company and an absolute superstar. Well done

Friendly staff in the shop, sorry I can't recall the name of the lad who served me. His boss confirmed the details of the order and delivery time. The delivery of my suite is due in early August, I will write a further review when I get my delivery

As for the updates you can see where they are up to but could be a bit better to show when you’re items are on their way

It was so good to be able to browse around the shop without being pestered by salesperson. The help was there when we needed it by a very good salesperson.

Although l have not received my sofa yet but will be arriving very soon thanks to the fabulous staff.

The staff at the Castle Vale branch are rude, dismissive and a barrier to those who are differently abled. They lack all customer service skills and seem unable to remember branch processes and procedures.

The guys were patient and kind. Nothing was too much trouble. I’m happy with how they handled the delivery. Thank you to Avni and Josh.

Absolutely amazing. Im so pleased with my new suite. The leather is so soft and everything is just as we expected. The delivery was great with Steve and Kyle being friendly and respectful, getting on with their work professionally and quickly. All round fantastic.

Vanessa was nice and helpful, my wife has disabilities Vanessa was understanding and helpful.
