Impossible to track or contact
The sales staff were pretty good and we placed an order for two sofas. We had an email update last week with a link to their tracker, good news it was almost here and earlier than expected. We now have no idea what is happening as the tracker hasn't worked for the last 5 days, the online chat seems to be permanently offline and no one answers when you call, you just sit there listening to pre-recorded messages, pressed 1 for a call back and still nothing. Really unimpressed with the aftersales service!!
Updated on 11/11/24 - I have sent over the details that were requested in the Trustpilot reply from SCS but haven't had any response so far. Tracker and online chat are still not working.

Great
The delivery date was confirmed a couple of days in advance, as well as a timeframe being given the day before. Alex and Charlie called us half an hour beforehand to confirm they were on the way which was really helpful. Our furniture was delivered quickly and all put in exactly where we wanted it.

Awful delivery
Ordered a sofa and a chair 3 months ago when the sales person gave us a delivery date. 3 days after supposed date still no sofa. Phone customer support to be told the sales person lied and that isn’t a delivery date but in fact a manufacturing date where it will be finished being made. And a new “estimated” delivery date of upto 25 days after we were originally told delivery. A man who is disabled and with a broken back expecting a sofa on a date it was never going to arrive, and had arranged removal of old furniture for the delivery date so now has nothing.
Maybe some extra training for staff on what a delivery date is or simply asking staff not to lie and make promises they have no idea about would be a good place to start

Customer service and support
Me and my partner walked into SCS in Cheltenham with our measurements when we were greeted by Oliver. He was very knowledgeable about the items on hand/on sale and we found an ideal sofa.
We purchased the sofa and arranged a delivery date, to then discover we would both be out the day of. I phone customer service to rearrange and Lisa was very helpful in the situation👍

Brodie sofas
Can't fault experience from order to delivery. Dave and Scott rang with a delivery time update and arrived at the alloted time. Both are customer focussed and super efficient, from unpacking to assembly and then removing all the boxes.
Hats off to them both.. They definitely deserve some nice new Milwaukee drills :-)

Mathue went above and beyond to look for a particular piece of furniture I was looking for he gave me sound advice. He was patient while I phoned my family. He was not pushy and there was no hard sale. Would definitely return to purchase other items and I would definitely ask for Mathue

Not just quality furniture but staff too.
This was the first time we had bought from SCS.
Having visited the Cheltenham showroom, we were greeted by Nathan who was very pleasant and helpful. When we had decided on our purchase, he took our order and outlined our options. He had an excellent customer focus and was a pleasure to buy from.
Keeping us informed about delivery dates etc. was faultless.
As promised, our delivery date arrived and Dai and Scott arrived on time and were both professional and personable with good humour. Excellent!
Overall, a complete pleasure to buy from this company and full marks for the quality of the staff that we had the pleasure to meet.
