The purchasing process was good. The waiting time before delivery was excessive. The delivery of the sofa was carried out by delivery operatives in an efficient and careful manner.

It is clear from our experience that she enjoys her role and dealing with customers. She is a credit to the business as are the rest of the team. We look forward to receiving our sofas. From entering the Chester store we were greeted by pleasant young man Jack, he was very helpful and polite, what I really appreciate more is we were not pestered which is a big put off to me,
