Staff very attentive with us, disappointed with delivery service having to wait 4+ weeks after purchasing sofa +chair+stool

We was greeted on entering the store and then left to browse for a while, then the salesman helped us sort out choosing our new sofa and was very knowledgeable, the only downside was they ordered the wrong colour suite which got rectified quickly

Being delivered in separate boxes put together with the utmost care putting the sofa exactly where I wanted it taking away all the rubbish very polite gentlemen with a professional manner all in all a lovely experience

Excellent service from the communication to the delivery. Delivery guys were brilliant, polite and very efficient. Will definitely be purchasing again from Poltronsofa Chesterfield again.

The in shop experience was good, as was the delivery. I couldn't fault the two guys who worked hard in unbearable heat. However I was disappointed to not receive any notification on the morning of delivery despite a previous day email promising a smaller time window and an app to track the delivery. Consequently we were hanging around all day wondering.

The actual delivery was ok but it took from 24february 19june 2026 so that wasn’t, togood

Chesterfield store. Richard and Shania are a credit to the company they were both extremely helpful and pleasant. But the main reason I ordered my new furniture from here was the fantastic range of fabric and colour choice. I mean any new settee in any colour and fabric blew my mind. At other places you only get a few colour choices so even on my 1st visit to the store I knew I was getting my new furniture from here. Had a right laugh with Richard he made me feel like a friend not just somebody spending money.
