Really helpful delivery crew who put everything together and in place and took the packaging away for recycling. Great to be able to track exactly when they were going to arrive and to be kept updated by the crew.

Where to start ... wrong sofa was being ordered while I store until we realised and that was sorted to then being told our sofa was going to be delivered Saturday so removed old sofas to be told at 4.15 an hour and abit after our sofa was meant to be delivered that it wouldn't be delivered until early this morning which left us all weekend with nothing to sit on with our one year old .ooh and no manger in the warehouse to deal with any complaint which I find ridiculous there should always be a manger available .. come to today when we were meant to be going away which we cannot do now thanks to this and our sofas were delivered I acknowledge that , but one is faulty and apparently you have to wait 72hours for someone to call you to get
This sorts ooh and the delivery people fraudulently signing on our behalf to say it's been delivered as we weren't asked to sign anything !! I will be looking into this legally as that's not acceptable ! This whole service and process has been shocking and I wouldn't recommend to anyone and would avoid using scs !!

Visited coventry Gallagher retail store originally looking for a dinning table. We were warmly welcomed by Russ J. Have realised there were no tables we took a look round. We found we loved the adstock power recliner. We returned a couple of days later and completed the purchase. We would like to take the time to thank Russ J and the rest of a very friendly team for helping us

We spend close to 4k on 2 3-seater sofas 18 months ago, The leather has started to peel between one of the creases on the sofa we rarely use.
I paid the £75 for an engineer to come out to the house to give me an evaluation on if this was a manufacturers fault, They were in and out of my house within 3 minutes (I have footage to prove this also), This wasn't a fair appraisal of the furniture and they couldn't care less. The engineer report said it wasn't a manufacturers fault which I am really shocked about due to were the peeling is.
I have since been fobbed off about this being wear and tear to a product we spent a fortune on and rarely use.
I will be seeking professional and legal guidance on this, i will see ScS in court before i accept this is wear and tear and will be seeking further damages due to loss of my work time to wait for a 3 minute appraisal.

Dreadful delivery experience. Information of time of delivery and crew changed throughout the day, Arrived late in the day and the crew that delivered obviously did not want to be here. Not helpful at all, had to clean up carpet after they left and also had to adjust the drip strip back on front door to enable it to shut.

Thank you so much the lads Kyle and Blair worked hard as anything and deserves some appreciation to what they achieved really good set of lads and really please with there service

The delivery crew appeared unbothered and they never wanted to assemble the seats. We live in apartment which am sure they were well aware before coming. When they took the sofas upstairs they started moaning saying; “You need to assemble the sofas yourselves, we have done so many apartments”. I thought that’s what we paid for right?

Really easy ordering experience in store with fantastic advice and friendly service from Russ at Gallagher Retail Park. Delivery was at the time and date expected - careful and mindful delivery. Sofas are wonderful. All round great experience.

Able to track the delivery

Just moved into a new house and the sofa was delivered today, it would be easier to say what the installers didn’t break!! From damage to the front door, scrapes in hallway walls, lounge door marked and hall in wall in the lounge, well done

+ delivery staff moved furniture in swiftly and carefully
Dislike:
+ distasteful ‘banter’ from one member of delivery team
+ Delivery team fitted only one securing bolt to attach separate sections of sofa saying this was all that was required. On reading fitting instructions following delivery team’s departure, we discovered 3 bolts per settee are required*
*we want the four missing bolts plus wingnuts supplied to us asap

The two guys who delivered our sofa beds were very professional and well manerd and were in and out with little fuss

One of the delivery men was not suitable for the job i.e lacking in strength. They seemed in a rush to get it through the door without care and attention and damaged our wall and door frame in the process which we have not long had decorated

Ordered was delivered with care, unpacked and rubbish taken away. The guys were amazing! Fast delivery however the first delivery date was cancelled.

I was hesitant to leave a review until I gave SCS time to respond to my complaint, but I have since had no contact!
The delivery service provided by SCS was disgraceful, the workers were unhelpful and resistant when asked to help get the sofa inside my house due to the “large size”. Little did they know, the sofa was half the size within the massive packaging! Laughable service who obviously lack the knowledge about the product they are delivering. Instead I was left with no choice but to ask a friend to help me put the sofa inside by ourselves.
I have paid over £100 for a delivery company to put a sofa in my garden! No compensation provided so I’m left with no choice but to warn others.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS COMPANY WILL NOT HELP YOU ONCE THEY HAVE SOLD YOU A SOFA, lesson learnt! Don’t pay for a sofa in full and expect them to help as they have already received your money!
