From entering the store to ordering our furniture everything was first class

Excellent very friendly and quick

We happened to walk into the store in Bristol just as they were changing over from SCS and the staff were amazing gave us a bag and free tape measure which was useful no pressure in fact bent over backwards to help up. We chose our sofa and ordered them less than two months and on time from delivery estimate they were delivered on a Saturday morning by two guys who again were amazing really helpful and made the whole experience super easy totally recommend these people and the sofas are very comfortable and well made too awesome

Delivery service first class. Staff in the store were extremely knowledgeable and assisted us greatly in making our choice of sofas. Delivery was made on time and we could not be happier with our purchase. Excellent company!

Great welcome. Lowrie was very thorough in helping us through the options and even measuring up which made us realise we couldn’t have what we originally thought. Even offered us a coffee. We went to other shops but service was nothing like this do came back and placed order.

I ordered a new lounge suite in January from SCS at Cribbs Causeway, Bristol and it was delivered last week. From the ordering to the delivery everything went well. Reassuring and knowledgeable salesman who knew his craft. As the time went on SCS were in touch re the probable delivery date and final payment. This went through smoothly and the delivery date was updated and the delivery men kept in touch re the actual time of delivery and kept it. They were also professional and polite and put the suite together promptly and left me a very happy customer.

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all my questions without being pushy. Although I haven’t received the settle yet, my experience in store has been excellent and would happily recommend this store.

Very helpful, the salesman was not too pushy and let us look around the showroom until we found what we wanted. He was then very helpful.

Sales lady think she was called Ksen was fantastic. No pressure just information and questions answered in a relaxed atmosphere.
The whole store has a relaxed feel about it.
Not received the chair yet but wait time was clearly explained.

The delivery men were very good and helpful.

We went up to have a look for a new sofa and chair and thought we would have to take it turns as we had a 10 month old puppy with us but where welcomed with open arms with dog in tow, paul at cribbs store was brilliant, understood are needs and requirements and took us to the perfect sofa, we are a bit old school and wanted to pay cash which again wasnt a problem...i couldnt thank them enough for good old fashioned customer service, actually listening and understanding our needs. First class
