Great shopping experience.
We were welcomed as we came through the door, but not pressured, so we walked around a very spacious store at our own pace and when we wanted some information there was an assistant to help us. He was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. We weren't pressured into any uplift or added extras. We left the store with what we wanted and the wife was very happy with our purchase. The interest free option was a real bonus, the waiting time I thought was quite a long time, but it is coming from China. James couldn't have been any more help and his attitude and friendly demure helped us make the right decision.

Was made to feel very welcome when entering store , the young man called callum was very polite gave us plenty off options in what we could be offered, even ask if we would like a hot drink while we were deciding on our new settee very professional.

All staff are very friendly and we had a lovely salesman who sold us our settee. He was kind, considerate and not at all pushy.

We recently bought a sofa. The quality of it is just amazing. In 4 weeks we had it delivered to our home. We are enjoying it! We had the best customer service that we could ask for! We advanced you to shop from ScS Doncaster!

Amazing helpful crew
Our experience ordering was good, staff were helpful and we found alovely sofa, after sales service was shocking, we were provided a delivery date in November had no contact about delivery, we chased multiple times both on the phone and in store which took several hours with still no answers, store manager really unhelpful and lax about delivery, he wouldn't help, eventually got a, call on Friday 20th December and our sofa, was delivered on the 21st.theone one team of people I'd like to highly praise are the two delivery guys zac and Tom who were exceptional helpful and efficient nothing was too much trouble they are a credit to scs

Scs Doncaster
Bit late on this one but we visited scs in Doncaster earlier this year looking for a sofa. Didn't intend to buy anything that day, just looking for an idea of what we wanted. We were shown around by Phil, who was really helpful and helped to to find several different sofas to fit our needs. The last one he showed us, I instantly fell in love with and we ended up buying that day. Big thanks to Phil and to the delivery men that brought it and set it up for us (unfortunately I cannot remember their names). You were all great.

Looking over your order documents we did initially estimated for your furniture to arrive with us around 20/12/24. As this is an estimate the dates may change by 4 weeks either side of this.
At the moment we are expecting for your furniture to arrive at our Distribution Centre on 03/01/25 so closer to the time we will be in touch regarding your delivery date.

Great delivery communication
Great communication re delivery by email, SMS and telephone call. Initial 5 hour slot was narrowed to 1 hour, then called in advance by crew. Was also able to track the delivery truck. Crew unpacked the sofa, attached the legs and even took away the packaging. Thank you.

5 star sofa experience.
Had a very relaxing shopping experience in SCS our sales assistant Dean, was very helpful and not pushy at all. He took time with us to show us everything that we wanted. He was extremely friendly and approachable, 5 star customer service from him. The shops new make over is absolutely fantastic giving a very homely ambiance. Would recommend using SCS for your next sofa.

Brilliant delivery service
Our new sofas were delivered today by Deon and Nate. They were absolutely brilliant . They protected the carpet as they had to come in via the back garden and the patio doors. They put the sofas in place and removed all packaging and were extremely courteous and professional throughout . I could not be happier with the delivery service.

Excited to get our sofa delivered
We ordered a sofa bed and can’t wait to get it delivered. The quality is really good and hard to find it in other shops.
The staff was very nice, Sukhpreet did a great job, he gave us detailed information about everything, and was friendly and very helpful.

Joe & Mark very efficient and friendly.
Joe & Mark were running a little late but I did have a phone call telling me exactly what time to expect them. They showed up on time took care in parking so as not to obstruct my neighbour's assemble my furniture with speed and efficiency extremely likeable pair all in all a very pleasant experience from these two .
