Clear explanation of the store arrangement on entry and the product options. Very helpful staff. Found exactly what we were looking for. Good timeline for delivery.

When we purchased the sofa, we were treated really well, the salesman was really lovely and let my nephews try out all the seats. All went well, we're told we would get a call nearer the time for delivery. Call came, delivery attempt was made, guys couldn't get sofa through the door, said he would explain the procedure, where the desmantler would come and bring it in in pieces. Thats when our experience turned sour. We were not told by the sales person or the delivery man, that to take the sofa apart would come with an extra cost, ontop of the £2,000+ we had already paid for the sofa. It was brought in and we were told we owed £300. We had empty bank accounts and they wouldn't take a credit card. My husband had to put the payment on his credit card. We are now £350 overdrawn. I think this is very wrong. We should have been warned about this charge but it was never mentioned. Very angry

We were greeted by very friendly staff who were extremely helpful and very pleasant. They answered any questions we had and explained the whole process in detail. Plus it smelt absolutely amazing in the store 🤩. Would definitely recommend.

Great team, threesome worked well. Wondered why one had to take photos of front entrance and passage then location of site for furniture, when they delivered through back entrance via garden. Handy that contacted us before arrival so we could give directions. The leader was very knowledgeable about construction of chairs. Explained operation. Highly recommend VANGUARD team
