I wasn’t pressured I could walk round and nobody bothered me till I asked for help

The gentlemen at the shop and the delivery guys were great, but we only received the chair with no details of when the sofa would be delivered. Phoned their contact number to be advised it should arrive Saturday, but still not received confirmation of this. The thing is the sofa was ordered before the chair!!

Helpful sales advice. Easy credit check, not too lengthy. Beautful sofa.

The airey, well presented store was very welcoming with well a great selection of sofa styles and choice of designs and features, in well thoughout settings.
The assistant, Abu Bakr, knew his products, and gave excellent advise whilst not being pushy.

Poof arrived with a broken foot so can not use it

We were concerned about whether the sofa would fit through the door. In the past we have had to take the door off. Abu described how the sofa can be broken down to fit through the door.....and then it would be re- assembled when en situ.

Only received half of the legs for the sofa. Not able to get through to customer service.

We enjoyed shopping at Poltrone, the salesman was knowledgeable, professional and honest.

Un wrapped, Delivered, set up and tested very polite and informative

A great crew. Pleasant and polite throughout. Unpacked everything, assembled the parts together and removed all the packing boxes. Before leaving, they explained how to open the sofa bed, and even made sure I was happy with the position of my lovely new sore. EXcellent.
