Top Notch delivery
Dai and Scott delivered our sofa in a very professional manner, making sure everything was to our satisfaction before leaving.
They were prompt, courteous and cheerful people which is a rarity these days.

Know their subject and were extremly helpfull giving me all the options avaiable to me.
From the design and sales, this company helped fulfill my requirements. Today they delivered my two sofas exactly on time, assembled them both, and cleared up all the packaging within 30 minutes. l would also like to mention both Rhys and Scott who delivered my order today.

Jay and Dave were amazing
Jay and Dave were amazing. They called ahead and further location instructions issued. They were on time, unpacked and installed the sofas with instructions on use of the power recliner.
The whole experience with the sales staff and delivery was great and I'd highly recommend this store and delivery staff.

Delivery experience
Other than a delayed delivery date all went well. The sofa and rise recliner chairs were brought into the house without any issues.
John and Huw were courteous and helpful when asked about the operation of the remotes.

Wonderful guidance and help
The gentleman that helped us at Pemberton store unbelievably knowledgeable with the seating arrangements we needed plus the leather for easy cleaning and with the mobility problems we have put us in the right direction will definitely be going back for other furniture

Excellent service
Excellent service. Sofa delivered to the room, I didn’t want it unwrapped as I was still painting. Talked me through how to fix the sofa together and also advised that I could get a power bank for the sofa which I didn’t know about. Very happy customer.
