I visited today with my partner who decided, spur of the moment, to buy 2 sofas. On the way home he said that, if it hadn’t been for Beverley and her lovely approach, he wouldn’t have gone for it! His review says it all but she really did make his day! I can’t wait for them to be delivered so that I can go round and lounge in luxury on his gorgeous new recliners! Roll on June!!!

My friend had got new sofas from the Oldham SCS branch. I popped in today and got a VIP appointment. The service from Beverley was above and beyond. We sat on a sofa and were left to our own devices to play with the excellent recliners. Great music, air conditioning and we browsed round the whole shop out of interest. Some great deals. We ended up back at the first sofas we had been enjoying. Beverley explained all the details and options that we had. Together with James the manager’s help, we had a mind to rush home to measure my old sofas, the deal and service was just too good. We hot footed it back and I bought 2 gorgeous comfy sofas. Beverley and James gave me a fantastic deal on a lamp and canvas that I liked. Everyone was so so helpful. Beverley even loaded the huge lamp and canvas into our car. If it wasn’t for you Bev we would have just been browsing. So nice to meet an enthusiastic down to earth person. It makes a big difference. Please can you recommend the staff for reward and recognition for all their hard work and uplifting chat. Am over the moon with the new sofas. Thanks so much.

Spent a pleasant evening choosing a sofa for our new flat. Joanne was again knowledgeable with useful suggestions on style and size. The cost was in budget and the colour will suit our decor. I am looking forward to the delivery.

Very helpful very nice sales person nothing was to much trouble

All staff were friendly. We were greeted with a smile on entering the store. The Manager James really looked after us and we came away having purchased the sofa we wanted. Amazing customer service.

Cathy at the SCS Oldham branch was very helpful and attentive. She let us try out all the couches and even rearranged the shop so we could use one of the electric recliner couches. She explained the couch care, and differences between versions and configurations, which was very helpful. Would recommend and will definitely return in the future

From ordering at the Oldham branch to receiving our couch today it was a breeze. Delivery guys was top notch and couldn't fault them. Even helped me move my pool table back into place 👌 delivery was pushed back by a week but as stated this is to be expected time to time. Nether the less very happy with our purchase 😊

Had two sofas delivered from SCS - the delivery men couldn’t have been any more helpful. Arrived on time - even took the feet off the sofas to get them in the room- set up both settees quickly and efficiently and even put the door back on that we had taken off to make it easier for them. Made sure no damage was done - can’t praise them any more - they were both great.

It was a the helpful staff member, Cathy, at the Oldham branch that made our experience really good. She helped us find the right sofa for us and ensured that we were really happy with it before finalising the purchase.

Absolutely great , from sales to delivery, all done in a professional way upto date information when the sofas are being delivered really happy 😊

Sales staff were knowledgable, friendly and efficient. They were happy to measure the sofa and gave us time to decide with no pushy sales talk. We were undecided on leather or fabric but they gave the facts, showed other models in the options we were considering and let us take time to decide.

Delivery was delayed due to heavy traffic in the area but we had a couple of phone calls to update us.

Delivery arrived at the updated time. They were friendly, helpful and efficient.

Sofa was unwrapped and set up and they checked it was working correctly and took away all the packaging.

Sofa delivered at 5.30pm and they said they had another 4 deliveries to make but they remained professional. I would recommend highly.

I'm pleased with my sofa. I'd recommend SCS to anyone.
