I was kept well informed about the delivery including the time slot. I wasn’t home for the delivery but my friend that was there for me said the delivery crew handled the delivery excellent. Now I’m home sitting on the most comfortable furniture thank you for an excellent and easy experience.

The service in the store was friendly and efficient. The delivery team (Josh & Joshua) were excellent. Unfortunately there is a fault on our two seater sofa - one panel of leather on the top headrest is smooth whereas the rest of the sofa is a rough texture (which is what was ordered). The three seater sofa has a slight ruckling on one of the front facing cushion panels. We have raised this issue on the website (as instructed by the store manager) and are awaiting a response.

Excellent communication. We were told the day a week in advance, a 5 hour slot the night before and a 10 minute slot in the morning. We were then called by the crew an hour before delivery. Delivered right on time. Polite and efficient crew. Took care and set the sofa up exactly where we wanted it.

Great experience and the sales man who is approaching and appreciating his job makes the sale easy and goes miles beyond expectations.
