Went to look at sofas, the new layout is a lot better than previous, many different styles to suit.
We were approached by Alison, who gave us all the information we needed and didnt hassle us.
Once we had decided which sofas we wanted, Alison took us througj all he materials and colour choices so we could make an informed decision.

Alison was very helpful, providing us with excellent service and each with a bottle of water and lots of support while we decided the material of the sofa and the addition of the 2 reclining seats, excellent! She explained the sofa would not be delivered until October but we look forward to that!

The lady who helped us buying our sofa was very pro active with trying to get us the best deal to suit us, the staff were very friendly and the sofas were lovely and high quality without being too expensive

Helpful non pushy staff when reviewing and looking to purchase. Delivery was issue free and lovely team that completed that did this. Delivery team said suite was a beautiful colour, perhaps say this on every delivery 😁 but still reassuring to hear on such a big cost item.

Had to put a 1 star because I was promised my furniture on Friday. On Wednesday was asked if I can move the date as they have oversubscribed and I said I don’t have a couch and only an uncomfortable chair so I still want my sofa on Friday. I then get a confirmation that it will arrive Friday. Then on the Thursday I get a call saying I cannot get my Furniture today as there has been an issue with deliveries even though I was told by another person this was due to oversubscription. I the. Said I don’t have a couch I need it still to come. They said I can’t have it Friday it’s going to be Monday. The area manager has decided this. They let him know my circumstance and he argued back and said I’m not getting the sofa that day. I just feel now that the area manager should live a day in the staff and customers shoes and at least told me himself his decision. I’m now unhappy after looking forward to my new sofa. The team in the shop is as excellent and did what they can but their hands were tied.

All very good up to delivery ,but we can't comment on all the package unless something goes wrong.

The member of staff was knowledgeable about the products but put no pressure on us which we appreciated

Wouldn’t print me off a paper invoice in store had me sat there for 15 mins waiting for one then didn’t get one in end
