​"I am updating my review to provide more details. While I was extremely dissatisfied with the aggressive sales tactics and the treatment I received on the first day (12th April), I want to acknowledge that the salesperson I dealt with on the second day (13th April) was very friendly, respectful, and explained everything clearly. With his assistance, I was finally able to change my order.

​However, the core issues remain unresolved. Firstly, when I returned to the store on the 12th—only 30 minutes after the purchase—I was ignored and avoided. I strongly suggest you review the CCTV footage from that day to verify my presence and the lack of assistance I received.

​Secondly, and most importantly, I was verbally promised a June delivery, but the contract now states August. This significant delay is unacceptable. I do not agree to pay the delivery fee given this breach of the original timeline, and I expect fair compensation for this inconvenience. I am still waiting for a professional follow-up from the management to resolve these points."

After 2 poor failed delivery attempts this delivery went well Colin and Shaun were efficient pleasant professional and undertook the delivery and recovery to our complete satisfaction

The delivery team were friendly and curtious. They assembled the sofas quickly and professionally and made sure they collected all the packaging.

Excellent service from Paul Flaherty in the Speke store. He quickly understood our mother's health issues and needs, and was so understanding. He gave sound advice and showed us the most suitable sofas, giving us time to talk and make decisions. The reason why I score a 4 and not a 5 is because his manager came over and took over, not understanding the full situation. We had made our decision but she continued to show us other options.
We knew what we wanted and we have now placed the order, with Paul's support.

Rude, unapproachable delivery drivers..
Everything was an effort to them.. complained from the start of delivery...
Asked to respect our home ! Point blank refusal... couldn't take shoes off, ie safety!! Although wearing trainers... no safety shoes...
Carried no shoe covers.. grumpy about having to carry sofas to lounge.. REALLY!!!
We had to provide floor covers..
Asked if they would check the mechanics where worked correctly...
Answer.... if you want... really... spent over £3000.00 on a sofa n chair.. I would expect a bit more customer care than we received tbh...
Such a shame... as the store gave a big hype in sales... very pleased with product... after care leaves a lot to be desired.

The first delivery man who came wanted to take a photo of the entrance porch and then when he came into the hall told me that a hall cabinet must be moved for access. I had already made access easy as the 3 seater sofa had been removed through the same space. I also had sliders for the chest to be removed but he told me that they were not going to move it adding that they would have to leave the delivery at the front door. In the event the three men brought the chair in past the chest without difficulty
I had the impression from the start that he was looking for a reason to not deliver to my ground floor living room.

Absolutely disgusting been waiting since October for a footstool to be told delivery last week then to be guaranteed yesterday then told today waited all day and got a call to say it will be tomorrow so called again to the shop and Debbie assured me my delivery was 3 stops away and didn’t understand why we were told we are not getting a delivery today and guess what I’m still sat here waiting and no footstool I’m absolutely fuming as they don’t keep you updated and they even know my number and ignore it would not recommend this store at all disgraceful

Our experience with your delivery guys was second to none very professional

From the order of my sofas in the shop and it was Paul who I dealt with to the two lads who delivered them it was really first class, everything went as smoothly as it could. 👍

The delivery guys were really great, they had a cancellation on previous delivery so called us to check if they could deliver earlier than booked, which was fine with us! They were both very polite and efficiently unpacked and built our sofa up and removed all packaging.

Very polite sales and delivery teams who paid a lot of care and attention to us, and the delivery team set both sofas up in good time and were very respectful of our home. Instructions also given to us on maintenance and who to contact if any issues from both the sales and delivery teams. Thank you!

I purchased a sofa in June this year, they delivered the wrong sofa and when I complained the accused me of returning to store and taking a photo of a different sofa even though the picture was date stamped. The manager was ruid and said it was the assistant responsibility to refund me. She also stated the assistant was under investigation. I have been trying to get a response from head office since September when it was delivered. But they have not acknowledged my letters
