From the moment I walked into the store (St Helens) I was greeted and told if I needed any help or advice to let them know. I browsed the store and didn't feel under any pressure to buy. Amy was so helpful that she made our decision on the type of sofa and material we chose easy. Great customer service.

Visited the store with my dad and honestly couldn't fault the experience from beginning to end! Tom was extremely knowledgeable and so very patient in successfully guiding us to the perfect choice! Highly recommend this store! Thank you.

We never got informed the night before of any delivery times after waiting almost 12 weeks for suite it arrived faulty there gap in cushion as if sponge missing and there's a gathering in the seam on cushion been stitched all wrong looks so bad how it passed quality control I dont know im know waiti g to hear back to see what you going do about it but I'm not happy oh and it arrived in a white transit van not professional for a big company

Predicted delivery date from ordering 22nd May … 9 days before the due delivery date I received a text confirming delivery day was actually that day… and if it wasn’t convenient I was to reply back and reschedule… I was happy with that day…
2 days before I received a text confirming day and told I would get a text on the morning confirming rough time of delivery
The van was a little bit later then it said and I did get a phone call to say they were on their way .. they unloaded, assembled and took away all the packaging within 15 minutes…
Also received email confirmations of text messages.
All good!
