Staff were not too pushy

Staff were not too pushy but very helpful in advising me on products when needed. Great choice of styles and materials. It took a while from order to delivery however delivery information was very good and the delivery crew were excellent

Good Service from SCS

Great Shopping experience with earlier than expected delivery for the two sofas. Discounts and finance options made us purchase two sofas from SCS this year.

The delivery guys were great and very…

The delivery guys were great and very friendly and professional. The sofa is fabulous.
The only criticism we had was we only got 24 hour notice about the delivery which didn’t allow us chance to arrange for the old sofa to be removed to make space for the new one.

Good service in the shop

Good service in the shop, answered all our questions. Not pushy. Kept informed about the delivery and the guys were prompt and efficient. Many thanks.

Service and price were great

Service and price were great. Long delivery dates. However, product delivered and several queries with the quality. The company may be italian owned but the product was manufactured locally.

Good customer service

We were greeted by rob who was very friendly and informative we wanted a 3 seater sofa bed with matching 3 seater sofa and were very impressed by the depth of the mattress which exceeded any of the other sofa beds we had viewed looking forward to delivery
