Definitely great in all areas
Great delivery phoned to let me know delivery time . Guys very professional polite asked me where I wanted suite. Checked all was ok and tested recliners before they left to make sure all was ok. Took all packaging away left everything spotless. Well done. X

My suite arrived in a very poor finish with not one piece completed have filled in the complaint app and wait to hear your responds other than my concerns the suite itself is lovely

I am sorry for the concerns that you have with your furniture and can confirm that this has been raised with the 3rd party technicians at Emmiera. An appointment has been arranged for 30/07/26 for them to attend and look to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

The time window we were given was…
The time window we were given was exactly within that 30 minutes, the men who delivered suite were brilliant as we have alot of stairs to front door,they set the suite up beautifully took all the rubbish away, top,top job!
