We have just put in our order for our new sofas and are waiting delivery but the service in the Lyons farm Worthing store was great we were served by Andy and his friendly approach was very relaxing

A good service at your store, but a bad experience trying to get a slot for delivery took a week to get through and it was 38Mins to delivery warehouse. the date given for delivery was 31st January and we had removed the old sofa on the 30th Jan but you left me with no sofa for Three days . it was delivered on 3/02/25

The shop was great , the salesman was good, but when I went back to ask to to borrow a material swatch so i could match the the wallpaper and carpet with the furniture and fabric I had chosen, first they said yes but it’s up to the manager’s discretion, then another salesperson came up to me and said no you cannot have a swatch, I asked to speak to the manager, but she would not come out to see me . 4 days earlier to that , I had just placed an order for £3000 , so I spent £3000 and they would not let me borrow a £10 swatch

We were welcomed by Lewis. We were shown and tried several sofas. We chose one and Lewis was very helpful and efficient in our service. Nice store at Lions Farm Worthing.

Very good experience dealing with SCS. Adrian and Marcin were very pleasant and helpful and contacted me when they said they would to give me a more specific delivery time on the morning. There was a part missing (not their fault) but it was dealt with immediately and part was delivered and fitted a couple of days later

SCS after sales performance was excellent in that delivery was quoted for 14 weeks but in the event it was 9 weeks.
Communication was regular and relevant including the delivery day when Warren and John arrived on time and quickly unpacked and demonstrated our two sofas.
The sales process was not so good as it seemed that there were some systems problems with the newly opened branch which did not show clarity with our order causing some confusion with the price to pay.

The service in store was great but anything after this is awful. We were told to ring customer service for them to authorise a price match as our sofa was in the sale and with that saving we wanted to order a matching armchair. I spoke to a lady on 29 December 2024 and she couldn't get through to business services so emailed them and told me I would be called back within 4 working days. I AM STILL WAITING. Each time I have called customer services the wait times are in excess of 100+ minutes, if you request a call back, this never happens. I have no idea if the armchair has been ordered or when we can expect it as the sofa was ordered before Christmas. Would not recommend ScS.

Delivery was so straight forward, Aaron & Shawn was great guys, made it look easy. They got it through the doors with great care. Set the sofas up & took all package away with them.

Going in this weekend to cancel my order lovely sofa the service after you leave is terrible. We had to change sofas have notcheard anything and now they are offering free delivery after charging us sllly money. I'm sure there will be another company that will be happy to help. Getting in touch with your local branch is impossible would recommend you stay away.UPDATE 23 January still no phone call or email which just confirms my earlier comment whic is a real shame. Just to add tried calling again and the wait time was even longer so how many people where complaining?.

Made to feel very welcomed and not pressured. Lewis who helped us with our order was very friendly,helpful and knowledgeable and made the sale a smooth transaction. Would recommend scs to other people.

Sales team very helpful and gave out all information that we asked for or needed to know. Unfortunately the customer service side are letting the team down we have contacted by email as there was a long waiting list and we still have not recieved any email back

Probably the best thing about the experience was the sales staff and delivery staff. Otherwise the customer service was abysmal, we constantly asked for delivery updates. The original order was taken on 27th September, delivery date was 29th November, the actual delivery date was 10th January. In anticipation of a promised delivery date we removed our old sofa to the suffer an ignominious Christmas sat on deckchairs. Unable to accept guests over this period, so plans were cancelled.
The refusal to give us a confirmed delivery date after the original date was missed, caused stress and anxiety. We therefore would not be recommending SCS or returning at any future date.

Brought my sofa from the new worthing shop served by Andrew great guy answered all our questions.Was let down for pre christmas delevery scs offered 10% back on the cost of the sofa helped over christmas.Got a new date for the 6th Jan Warren and Adrian deleverd the sofa with respect for my property and unpacked and set up the sofa stayed till i was happy cleared up there mess and left.
10 out of 10 i give them.
This review is only on the days i have recived the sofa i can not comment on the longevity of the sofa.

Kept informed of the delivery process a day before delivery, nice and cheery phone call on the day, and arrived within an hour as promised from call, nice, friendly & professional from start to finish, very mindful of manoeuvring new sofa / doorways.. Set it up and tested before they left, also took all the packing away! Great job guys!

My parents purchased a sofa and sofa bed in Oct 24 which was due for delivery early Dec 24 as my mum is disabled and can no longer sleep upstairs. SCS changed the date several times without explanation and the four week delivery window passed. After trying to get hold of customer service several times with no luck we visited the worthing store. As we walked in two staff members made a joke about my disabled mum and turned around and sniggered. The staff couldn't help and said we had to call the customer support number. Vile staff and horrendous service. Please shop elsewhere!
