Very professional local company
Very professional local company with a strong focus on customer service by all staff and fitters that I had interaction with. Mid way through the process they were happy to accommodate my request to change the design of the windows I had initially agreed. Installation completed to a high standard and I am very satisfied with the windows they fitted.

I cannot begin to say how pleased I am…
I cannot begin to say how pleased I am with the professionalism, quality, workmanship, customer care and friendliness of the Seal-Lite staff. I worked with them 25 years ago for my original conservatory which did me proud, but time for a solid roof replacement. I had 3 quotes from separate vendors and Seal-Lite were the only ones that actually listened to what I wanted and designed and proposed exactly what was in my head that I could not put on paper. Following that the installation team were second to none and so friendly I was actually sad so see them go. Cannot stop singing their praises and I not even received a discount 😂

Make sure they take their shoes off
We.ve usual been happy with the service.
But unfortunately this time had a few issues.
With levels not truly correct.
I now have chips in my new tiles on both bathrooms.
Firstly was.nt asked to check if we were happy with the workmanship . So ended getting fitters back .
Then we ended up having dogs mess all thought the house and up the stairs.

Hi Moira,
Thank you for your feedback and for your continued support over the years. We're pleased to hear that you've usually been happy with our service, which makes it all the more disappointing to learn that we fell short on this occasion.
We'd like to apologise for the issues you experienced with the installation. We understand your concerns regarding the levels, the damage to your bathroom tiles, and the fact that you were not initially asked to confirm you were happy with the workmanship before the team left.
We are also very sorry about the incident involving your dogs. Our fitters should have taken greater care when entering and leaving your home, and we appreciate how frustrating and upsetting this must have been.
Your feedback has been shared with our installation team, and we will be reinforcing the importance of respecting customers' homes, including removing footwear where appropriate and carrying out a thorough customer sign-off before any job is considered complete.
Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention and for giving us the opportunity to return and address the concerns. We value your feedback as it helps us improve our service.
Kind regards,
The Seal Lite Team

The only company I’d use for windows and doors.
Our experience with Seal-Lite has been great. Friendly professional staff, helpful advice when coming out to quote and when completing a technical survey. The fitters were brilliant, so efficient, considerate and tidy. After sales service equally good, coming out quickly to change the locking system for us.
We have used Seal-Lite many times over the last 30 years, our experiences have always been good and we would not hesitate to recommend them.
