Compre en sears un celular motorola g04s en octubre 5 , en dia de muertos quize tomar video , no los guardaba por lo que fui a pedir cambio de equipo , me mandaron a at&t que prestaba el servicio, ahi me dijeron que tendria que dejarlo y entre 7 y 15 dias me daban el diagnostico oara repararlo , no lo deje puesto que aun no tenia un mes con el , regrese a pedir la garantia y me tratataron muy mal , negando que ellos tubieran que hacerse cargo del desperfecto , trate de hablar con la encargada legal una tal Licenciada Garcia , que nunca contesto y solo colgaba el telefono llame a motorola y fue lo mismo tendrian que recoger el celular , para mandarlo a reparar , lo cual no me parece justo ya que esta nuevo o que lo reseteara, lo hice y guardo los videos, pero sigue fallando y nadie se quiere hacer responsable , voy apenas con la segunda mensualidad , en el 2022 les compre una laptop hyundai , que desde el principio fallo , pero por cuestiones de salud no pude ir , a reclamar , en 2023 la termine de pagar y al tomar una clase de computacion , me di cuenta que el software era del 2015 , cuando fui a decirles me dijeron que no aplicaba porque ya habia acabado de pagarles, sears me tiene muy decepcionada con tanto abusos al cliente , ya que la nueva modalidad que tiene es ponerle un sello en

I ordered a 450 piece tool set and there was a few items missing. And there is no customer service phone number to reach anyone. Just a chat room and I've reached out to them 6 times within 2 weeks, and every time I reach out to them. They tell me that a representative will get in contact with me. And nobody has each time they say somebody will contact me within twenty four hours. Customer service is actually horrible... And you cannot call anybody to get anything.Resolved, you have to go through the chat room, which is just a glorified call center

Nada funcionó. Hice una compra importante, case $100,000. La fecha de entrega era entre 1 y 5 de diciembre. Busqué llamar el mismo 5, y resulta que no se puede hablar, todo es por whatsapp. Mandé mensaje a eso de la 1pm, y entre demoras de 4 horas entre respuestas, finalmente me llegó un mensaje que ya no era horario de atención. Envié whatsapp el 6 de diciembre, y el tenor es el mismo. Llevo 2 horas que hice la última pregunta y no hay respuestas. NUNCA mas compro en Sears.

Hice un pedido de llantas porque estaban en promoción a nueve meses sin intereses. Hice el pedido para el y lo pagué el 27 de octubre. Hoy es 26 de noviembre y no me han llegado las llantas y tampoco son meses sin intereses, no hay quien me conteste ni quien me resuelva ni quien me diga nada.

I ordered an expensive leather jacket on the Sears online site. I went by their measurements guide but the jacket was way to small. I wanted to return it but they are hassling me every step of the way. There is no one at Sears to personally talk to and their live chat doesn't exist. I got a recording telling me I had to contact a third party which I did. Some Sears Marketplace. The man i talked to said he would ok Sears to send me an authorization form but all I got was an email saying they needed a picture. I tried but wgen i try to send it to their email address, it won't go through. Now no one will respond and Im running out of my return window. I will never do business with Sears again.

No hagan compras en línea en esta tienda, el servicio es una porquería, te dan un número telefónico nunca contestan, te tienes que comunicar por WhatsApp te dan 72 horas para hacer la devolución, pero en WhatsApp se tardan horas en contestar, y al último no te resuelven nada, te piden miles de fotos del empaque, del producto, del embalaje, pura pérdida de tiempo y al último no resuelven nada, de verdad no desperdicies tu tiempo ni tu dinero.
Pésima la atención.

Hola buen día, es cierto las ventas en línea son un asco, si algo no t queda bien tienes que llamar a un número que tardan mucho tiempo en contestar, t dan la opción de ir a la tienda a devolverlo, pero si al supervisor en turno no le da la gana de recibir la mercancía no lo hace, y pagar la tarjeta en sus tiendas otro pésimo servicio, las empleadas t hacen mala cara, nunca están en las cajas, y un día realice una compra de ropa interior y me mandaron el modelo que quisieron y ahí ni como devolverlo en ese tipo de mercancía no hay devoluciones, seguramente por eso mandaron lo que les sobraba, cuando yo pedí un artículo más caro del que me mandaron 🤬🤬

Terrible Service
I contacted Sears on Sept 18 to come and look at my Samsung washer which stopped washing. They came 1week later and the technician says it was the door lock, and I had to pay for the consultation and parts in full which cost me approx. $650. Sears scheduled to have parts replaced on Sept 27. After 3 days the part was shipped to my house and no one contacted me, I called, and they asked me to reschedule because I didn't tell them the parts was delivered. Technician eventually came after getting annoyed and told us the part doesn't work, and we it would be best if we buy a new washer. Technician went back with parts didn't hear from Sears for 1week, when I called about my refund on Oct 4th, they told me they will put in for the refund and it will take 1week, called on Oct 15th, then I was told it will take 14-21 days, when I asked to speak with a supervisor they couldn’t transfer, the supervisor would call me back still waiting 4hrs later.
Very unprofessional people from the start, no service was really given, technicians are not knowledge about the machine. So dissatisfied with their service I will never recommend anyone to Sears.
I will never buy another SEARS appliance. The Master Protection Agreement is a WASTE of MONEY
My Kenmore dryer stopped drying on March 31, 2024. Since it is covered by a SEARS Master Protection Agreement, I called to request a repair. Long story short, after multiple repair visits, intermingled with no shows and last-minute cancellations, and about $500 of new parts installed, it still doesn't work almost 7 months later. Even though the last repair technician who was at our house in August told my husband that he "had no idea what was wrong with it," we still haven't been approved for a replacement because a repair technician didn't "formally report it as being irreparable." We were forced to schedule another repair appointment on September 19th that ended up being a no show at the last minute. We were assigned another appointment about 10 days out, but a lady in customer service managed to get our appointment expedited and scheduled on September 20th. At 3:30 in the afternoon on 9/20, I got a call that the technician was "done for the day" and would not be coming to our house. The earliest next appointment was today, October 14th, but when I called at 8:45 this morning to confirm that a technician had been assigned, I found out that even though our appointment for today had been confirmed via a myriad of emails and texts from SEARS, no technician had been assigned to actually come to our house today. This seems totally dishonest. Anyway, now we supposedly have another appointment on October 16th, but I won't be surprised if this will be another no-show. The other thing SEARS does that is beyond annoying is that they send you a text stating, "As you requested, your appointment has been changed to...." We definitely have never requested a a date change, and we definitely wanted someone to show up today.
SEARS used to be a great and reputable company, but those days have clearly passed.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH SEARS.COM! We spent six months trying to get a new dryer from Sears to replace our 2009 dryer. We have had since 2009 the Sears Home Services Master Protection Agreement which was later updated to an A&E Repair Protection Agreement covering our Whirlpool dryer and washer. Response to service calls was just OK in that it took 7-14 days for the service rep to make repairs. When the motherboard for the dryer was not replacable (no longer manufactured) the plan provided a $749 coupon to be applied to the purchase of a new dryer ordered from the Sears.com website. Starting in early April 2024 through October 2024, orders were placed, accepted, paid for, confirmed, and then canceled by Sears without any explanation. After no less than 21 phone calls and many "escalation to management" promises which were never acknowledged, Sears reps then revealed Sears actually has no inventory and forwards the orders to the manufacturer. One rep offered to send a check for $50 to pay for cleaners, but it never arrived. Another rep offered to send a check for $749 we could take to another appliance dealer. It never arrived. A management rep then said Sears does not send checks in lieu of the coupon. There is no recourse other than to continue to try to order through the Sears.com website.
On Monday, we ordered the exact dryer through Home Depot at the same “Sale” price offered on the Sears website. Today, Friday, four days later, the dryer is being delivered -- unfortunately, without the $749 promised by Sears.
Kudos to Home Depot! A pox on Sears and its hopeless and helpless customer “service” telephone reps.
Lesson: Avoid Sears at all costs! Your life (and laundry) depends on it.

Buena tarde, compre una bicicleta en la sucursal perisur, la cual salio con una falla en un pedal, al siguiente dia de la compra intente comunicarme al departamento correspondiente lo cuál es imposible, terminé llevando la bicicleta a dicho departamento, donde la unica solución fué tomarle fotos a la bicicleta y esperar a ver qué decía el proveedor, se explicó al vendedor y un jefe que fue a traer que ya no quería esa bicicleta porque no cumplia con mis expectativas,a lo cuál empezaron a tallar la bicicleta con la uña y luz del teléfono, para buscar golpes en la misma, actitud que terminó por desesperarme, solicite me regresaran el ticket y me retiré de alli dejando la bicicleta en el mismo departamento, han transcurrido cuatro días y a la fecha ni una llamada por parte de la tienda, siendo que ellos se quedaron mis datos en la copia que le sacaron al ticket.

A zero would be best. We have been waiting over a year and a half for the icemachine to be fixed. Sears repeatedly sent technician out,but they never fixed the problem. Finally after the last 2 visits the different technicians said the same thing. It was the freezer door.(the wiring) it had to be replaced. So a new was ordered. They were scheduled to be here today, but they canceled the appointment. I have lost many hours from work dealing with sears. So i have this huge box in the kitchen awaiting when its convenient for sears to come out. Then they ask you if you want a free quote for windows etc....are you kidding, i will never buy fro sears again.

Wife called Sears, requesting information, pricing, on replacing ice maker. Problem: Person answering call could NOT speak understandable ENGLISH. Person answering call would not give estimate over phone. Kept going for the setup to send out technician. CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM: GET AMERICANS WHO CAN SPEAK AMERICAN ENGLISH. LISTEN TO WHAT THE CUSTOMER IS ASKING (PAY ATTENTION). OR JUST CLOSE YOUR DOORS AND GO COMPLETELY OUT OF BUSINESS. YOU DESERVE TO FAIL.

I will never buy from this company again!! I purchased a Kenmore Elite Refrigerator/freezer from Sears and had to replace the compressor and ice maker with in the first two years. The replacement compressor has now went out after not even three years and it’s costing me $700 to put another compressor in because my 5 year warranty that I purchased when we bought it was up two and a half weeks ago. Nothing like standing behind your product! Thanks for nothing!!🤬

SEARS en linea una pesadilla, son una estafa! cobran el producto y no lo entregan desde hace 2 meses pague un comedor y es momento que no me entregan el articulo, los busque en el chat de la pagina on line, me pidieron los datos de contacto (Nombre, telefono y correo) mismos que ya tenian. mandaron correo indicando que me re embolsarían cuando no fue lo que yo solicite. Es el momento que ya no contestan no correos no whats APP ni nada, por mi parte ya me asesore en PROFECO
