LOCKED OUT AGAIN
This credit union has locked ALL consumers out of our online banking accounts 4 times that I am aware of and there is no advanced notice and there is no way to get back in to access my money each time I have to go into the bank and get someone to rectify my account access. I should have known this would be a problem when I signed up and they gave me a checking account like it was one of their products instead of an inherent part of joining the credit union. It is an outsourced product that has major security problems (apparently) and this time they are making us sign a new banking agreement with them - we already have an agreement and this is absolutely unnecessary and the name of this system is KASASA which seems to stand for "well block access to your account repeatedly until you decide you've had enough" Well I have had enough. DO NOT JOIN THIS CREDIT UNION THAT OUTSOURCES THEIR CHECKING SYSTEM.
