I have used Seeds of Italy for many years. The website is easy to use, my order came quickly and they always supply a generous amount of seeds.

I was disappointed with a part of my order;
I ordered a spiral Sausage with garlic and received one with seat salt and fennel but apart form that it’s all perfect!

Fast delivery. Great hampers for gifts and value. Italian treats.

Franchi are usually good but I felt let down this time my onion sets I ordered came late and were smelly and wet and a good few were soft with rot when I opened the packaging. I emailed Franchi to advise them the condition of the purchase Their response was they blamed Berxit and the weather and nothing to do with their quality control. I feel fobbed off.

This is such a wonderful store - a real treasure trove of all things Italian and a gardener's paradise. Paolo could not have been more helpful and welcoming and he put together the most amazing hamper of treats for my husband's birthday. I was so impressed by the exceptional customer service and the outstanding range of products.

Of course, price is important but quality is far more important and the arrival of the new season's garlic is one more important event.
After a hot 2022 and a wet 2023, when our garlic-growing skills were severely tested, it was a great delight to receive (14/10/23) and unpack the Aglio Bianco Bulbi di Trapianto.
Removing the outer peel from 3 heads to reveal the skins of 39 cloves went a long way to restore enthusiasm for the 2024 season when we hope for better weather, improved yields, better and easier harvests and lovely meals to come. Now to plant those cloves.

I've been buying seeds and other items from this company for quite some time, having first seen seed packets in a local garden centre. The plants I grew initially were really healthy and successful which spurred me on to explore further.
During lockdown, the website was a Godsend for flour and yeast which was almost impossible to buy locally.
Since then, I've bought more seeds, beautiful soaps, dried mushrooms, nduja, herbs and fantastic Amalfi gin.
The goods are always well packed and arrive in good time.
