Sold my old broken laptop, the best deal going around as many wouldn't even take it or were offering less than £10!! Sent me a parcel for it super speedily, kept me updated with the process and had the money via PayPal on the monday (sent it Friday afternoon). Absolutely superb service!

Curious about selling my old laptop so I checked a few sites to have it valued and I was offered the highest price off here. I requested packaging for my laptop and it came within 2 days which was great. I then sent my laptop off and received the full amount in my bank a couple of days later. Cant fault the service. Definitely be using the company again!

They offered £450 and then paid £150. They paid the money before I had the chance to reject the offer, so I immediately rejected the payment on Paypal and sent emails requesting they return my laptop. No answer. I have called over 100 times, starting from 9amThey don't answer their phones, they don't respond to emails. They are entitled to offer me whatever they like and I am entitled to reject their offer. They can't just keep my laptop

I was skeptical about getting the full amount that was quoted for my laptop, I thought they'd find some additional problems that reduced it's value but they didn't and the full amount was paid no questions asked! Sent my laptop a week ago using their own postage label. They only started processing it yesterday. Despite the "guaranteed same day payment" plastered all over their website. I am yet to receive payment or any further communication from them.
No reply to emails nor is anyone answering the phone. It's a shame, as previous reviews are excellent.

I've sent in total 3 laptops to them, final value of all of them has been significantly reduced due to some additional "faults" found by them for example: smashed or faulty screen. Screens of laptops which I've sent were in perfect condition Stay away from them, waste of time!!!

I specified my laptop details (3 laptops) on a Saturday evening, the packaging arrived on Monday morning - 3 boxes with the correct documentation for each laptop inside and lots of good-quality bubble wrap. I packaged up my laptops along with a pre-paid postage label and handed them over to the Post Office. The next morning, Sell Your Laptops received the laptops and emailed me to say so. By the afternoon, they had paid out on all three laptops with no price dispute whatsoever. Just the most hassle free service I've ever used for anything - I'd recommend them without a second of hesitation.

Sold my old Dell laptop, good price quoted on this website. Free packaging and delivery. Couldn't be easier. Prompt same day payment (same day that they received).
PayPal deducts a fee, remember that. If that is an issue send your bank details for payment. I found out when i received funds with a fee deducted. On complaining this to seelyourlaptop team I got courteous clarification and i have requested them to mention this to all their clients and to put this on their website. Good customer service and prompt reply to my query.
