We were seen on time, and was greeted with a friendly and efficient gentleman. Joe made us feel at ease and informed us each step of the process. Offer was made and excepted and money was in our bank within 15 minutes. Fab and fair service we would recommend and would definitely use again

Big up Steve in Redditch!
We went to visit Steve in Redditch and it was so refreshing for the appointment to be relaxed with no pressure to sell. I had been to We Buy Any Car who the week before had used aggressive pressure tactics on me and so I was nervous to try another company but after reading about sell your car to Jack online thought we’d give it a go, even though it was an hours drive, so it was a big risk. Well Steve was great and the risk paid off! He offered us £700 more than we buy any car! And he was also super friendly and welcoming, i hope I never have to sell a car again but if I do it will be worth the visit to see Steve again. And I’ve made sure to tell all my friends and family to consider the drive to see them. You will not be disappointed if you visit these guys 😊 support small businesses rather than the big corporate ones and you will see a massive difference in the way you are treated 😊
