I'm a little confused seeing so many mixed reviews on this company - I must admit I'd have thought more carefully before using them if i had read these before, but I honestly can't fault my own experience. I was quoted £82 which I was quite surprised was so high, so I half expected to be contacted saying they were revising it downwards at some point, but the £82 was in my bank account 72 hours after posting the laptop to them. I would always encourage or recommend you do a factory reset (including cleaning the drive) before selling a laptop this way.

Honest and trustworthy. I made a mistake with the condition and the team revised the price. I declined the offer and they contacted me by phone to explain why. They also provided evidence with videos to support the revision. Great service

Great service! I did not have access to a printer and they sent a label and shipping box to me right away. Once I accepted the offer, the payment was in my account within 24 hours. Highly recommend and would use again.

I build and repair pc's and I had a back log of broken laptops so I decided to test the water with this comapny with 2 laptops I knew very well. I filled the online form in with all the correct details and sent the laptops off with the free postage they provided. I had no contact from the company at all until I contacted them 6 days later due to not being paid the amount or any amount for the laptops. They said they had sent me a revised quote and once I read the quote and the reason for the lower price I can 110% Confirm these guys are scammers. They have tried to make out the processor in one of the laptops isn't what it should be but what they don't know is I had already had both laptops open and confirmed the cpu's inside. They will lie and tell you anything they need to just to lower the price and it is always 50% of the price they originally quote. I will be making an official complaint to Trading standards about my experience and hopefully they can put pressure on them to change their robbing lying ways.

Would not recommend to others. Provided a lot of detail on the laptop make and model and was offered a reasonable price for a relatively new Dell intel i7 laptop. After they received the laptop they came back with a significantly lower price with some reasons including that it didn't have a DVD player. The laptop model is not meant to have one and I asked for the laptop to be returned to me as we can not support their business practices of making up reasons in order to offer lower prices.

I filled out the forms giving them all the correct information and the quote came back at a reasonable figure. However, after posting it to them they emailed stating they weren't as described (which was untrue) and offered £5 for two working, decent good sized laptops and then a supposed 'goodwill' offer of £20! This is not acceptable. Don't trust their quote, they won't offer anything close to it when they receive your products

I recently traded my laptop in to sell your laptop, turns out I had accidently listed something as wrong so my quote as inaccurate. But fortunately this was explained to me and I was happy to accept my new quote.

Unlike most other people here, I was actually paid for my laptop although it did take a few days after being processed. I do not know how much is normal to get for a laptop, however, I do think that even though it was broken, mine was worth more than £14 (the individual parts must have some value as the laptop wasn't too old). When I sold the same model laptop (this one was also broken) a fortnight after, the offer had gone down to only £6. Overall, can't fault them on the service apart from how little money they offer, but a good experience overall

If I could give 0 stars I would, total waste of time, takes a week to get an answer after they receive your laptops, then drop there offer by 50% with nonsense reasons. Wish I had of read the reviews before I posted my laptops off to them.

The worst company I have ever…
The worst company I have ever encountered in my whole life! They have literally harassed my - wasted my time, promised a different priced, reduced the price and still declined to buy it and later when they returned then they almost broke my laptop. I will file a law suit otherwise they will continue harassing and scamming people. I am deeply frustrated since after getting my laptop back from them I took it to a local cex store at Guidford and then the technician there told me that it’s been tempered and they took off hard disk and intentionally took off the pieces and broke it since I left poor and honest review about their mishandling of my case.
I will officially raise a consumer court case against your firm since my laptop has been I yenriibaly damaged. It’s not in same condition. It’s been tampered and it’s not at all functioning properly. I assume it’s because I had an argument and I left poor reviews. I will continue writing negative blogs since my laptop has been tempered with. It’s not at all working and it’s broken. I need a. A refund for the value of laptop.

My experience found unhelpful and rude customer service, coupled to a misleading website. Would not recommend.

I had a 2 year old laptop, a very slow but very clean machine
Put it on ebay, maximum offer £50, and you pay postage??
Went to this company who immediately offered £59 and immediately sent free postage label. I had described it precisely to them, they checked it out and a few days later money was deposited in my Paypal account.
Super company as far as I am concerned., may I add, one of the few I have had dealings with lately, mostly one star i,m sad to say please see previous reviews, that is unless I have MUG stamped on my forehead

The company is lying about what they will pay. I was given an estimation of 82GBP for my laptop, but after they received it the price dropped to 30, due to keyboard not working - but I did say that it's not working when filling in the form! They clearly are running a scam and lying about what they will pay, hoping the sellers would not be bothered about asking for laptops to be returned..

These people are basically thieves.
Yes, they'll buy your laptop, and yes, you'll get paid.
BUT... do not expect to get the quote.
Our laptop was in good condition and hit all their listed criteria for good condition.
However, after their inspection, they claimed that the wear to the keyboard was excessive, despite it being fully readable and fully working.
They also claimed that the 'age' of the laptop was defined by the date the first of that model came off the conveyor belt, not the date of purchase as new (receipts provided)
These two things took a £60+ quote down to £26... criminal.

With this in mind I would say go elsewhere, list on eBay, but frankly, don't give your laptop to these guys.
