Having made the decision to finish the garden in style we contacted Sentinal Surfacing. Neil was excellent and honest in his advice, Ellie was efficient and the lads who did the job were prompt, friendly and profession doing a fantastic job.

Delighted with our new drive from Neil and the Sentinal lads. Neil was as pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He was approachable, responsive and it felt like dealing with a mate whilst remaining professional throughout. Our job was far from straightforward but their problem solving attitude made the experience as stress free as possible. When a problem arose - they had an answer. There are plenty of cowboys laying resin but Sentinal Surfacing are legit and I would thoroughly recommend them.

Love the finished result. Great company to work with from start to finish. Very professional would definitely recommend. Will use again next year to do my drive.

Neil the manager comes across very professional when he comes out to measure up and give you a quote. He promises you whatever you request but this is not the case. I was told the job would be started on 23rd may and be completed on 29th. This was not the case. The job got started on 26th as apparently the digger had broke down. Then on the 27th May the guy who was using the digger left sight at 12 with the key. So when they came back on the 28th to start laying concrete that was delayed. I requested a border all the way around my drive when I come home from work found only across the front and up the sides. So the lads had to come back another day to finish that of. Today the drive was finally finished and after all the commotion I have to say it does look well. I would say though this is only because the guys who work for Neil are good at what they do so a big thanks to Callum and Martin. Neil however has no organisational skills. So if you want a nice drive and don’t mind disorganisation during the time getting it done then Callum and Martin are good at what they do.

I was recommended this company by another satisfied recent customer. Neil went above and beyond to accommodate my request to complete our drive before I was due to start significant medical treatment. The team worked efficiently and met that deadline. Excellent job at a reasonable price. Delighted with the outcome - Callum & Martin did a great job and were both polite and obliging. Great service also from Neil from the initial consultancy visits through to keeping us updated with the job schedule. Last but not not least, Ellie in the office who was prompt with her communications. Would highly recommend this Company.

We had our back garden done by Martin and Kalam what great lads they done a great job would recommend them to any one could not fault there work and Neil was great at keeping us informed 👍

We had 158m2 of garden paths laid with resin. The team who did the groundworks to prepare the paths (which were very overgrown) and also laid the resin bound surfacing were really helpful and considerate. They made great suggestions for enhancing what had already been planned. We are really pleased with the outcome and our paths have never looked so good!

Really good , I got a quote and Neil came back and give me the colour that I wanted because the colours that he had wasn't quite the colour what I wanted, it was all done so quick and I don’t have any complaints it looks great a there was no mess. The only thing i got the job done in a Friday, I got the invoice by email on Friday, I paid on the Friday and on the Saturday I got an txt from Neil asking if I had received the invoice and I told him I had and that I had paid , he said that it hadn’t went into there bank , I realised that it was still in pending so when I checked it had gone through so I txted Neil to let him know. I got a txt on the Sunday from Neil asking me to contact my bank on Monday because they hadn’t received it, I txted him that I had 2 emails from his company stating I had paid, the next day Monday I gets another txt from Neil asking me to contact my bank because they didn’t have the money, I ended up calling Neil and telling him that I had 2 invoices that had said I had paid but I would phone my bank , it took 10mins to get though to my bank and I was given a authorisation code to give to Neil, when I called Neil to give him the code he said sorry he was in the office now and they had a new card machine and realised that it doesn’t go straight into there bank, which is fine but he had been contacting me all weekend about not getting the money , I had been concerned that it had gone somewhere else even though I had invoices to say I had paid, it wasn’t as if it was a lot of money I could have given him cash for the amount it was.

We couldn’t be happier with the job Sentinal did with our driveway. Neil was really helpful throughout the whole process, helping us choose a colour that complimented our house nicely, and the whole team were professional & friendly. The end result looks amazing - we’ve had so many compliments from neighbours!

Came across very professional. Shortly after spending nearly £2000 holes appeared. Then got bigger. Nearly 2 yrs later. After promises to repair the damage we still have nearly 1/3 of the drive ruined. No customer care at all. Do not waste your money.
