The refurbed Sony WH1000x4 were out of stock in black but after a quick webchat I got alerted the same day to new stock coming in. Bought it and the headphones arrived the next day in the post! Amazing. The headphones themselves are superb, reassured to get the refurbed ones with a free 3 year warranty so all perfect, thanks very much!

Ordered online for collection in store. Prompt emails sent out saying it was ready and what I’d need to bring with me for ID. For pickup the staff were friendly, helpful and made sure I know to bring them back if any problems. Second time I’ve bought from here and because they are knowledgeable and show they care about helping customers especially after the sale, I’ll definitely be back again.

I ordered my headphones and I was surprised when they arrived the next day-that was quick! The service was great and swift and I haven’t had any problems. I still need to register my item online for the warranty which I’ve put off as my model doesn’t seem to be on the list. I will email the company about that so it can be sorted but the item itself is working wonderfully.
