Blocked drains and repair work
We had a blocked drain which was overflowing on the driveway. The engineer attended quickly and found the problem, where a pipe had collapsed. The blockage was cleared without any fuss. Really pleased with the service and would recommend.

Highly Recommended
I used SES to install my central heating system circa 20 years ago and have since used its Home Services to service and maintain the system and to provide cover for emergencies. Its service on call outs has usually varied between good and excellent, only rarely disappointing. Therefore, we also use SES Home Services on our rented properties.

Thanks for a good job
Our boiler was out of control for reasons which we didn't understand. Michael fitted a new circuit board, checked the system, found and replaced a faulty thermostat and checked again. I think he did a good job for which many thanks from us.
We will now monitor the performance of the new board.

Appalling service
They came to service my working boiler on 5 September. Now one month later I am still without a working boiler. They fail to keep promises of actions or returning my phone calls.

CCTV Drainage Survey by SES Home Services
Kyle the drainage engineer at SES Home Services visited this morning and did a CCTV drainage survey. We have a problem with rats and he has taken a look at our drains to see if we have holes where they are getting in. He was very helpful and has been able to give me some advice on what to do next.

Did not get an appointment on the same day as SESwas short of staff. Appointment was booked in 4 days time. Radiator leak got worse, so had to call again to emphasise that it was an emergency. Only then did SES send a plumber. Very dissapointed with the service
