Even though there was an issue with my order everything was resolved in a professional and pleasant manner. Customer service was excellent and I was kept informed throughout the process.

Excellent information on the machine, very helpful and super quick delivery, would definately recommend.

Would have been 5 stars but Sew Centre had some supply issues from their supplier which meant I was waiting in to receive my new machine which didn’t arrive. I would liked to have been briefed about the situation rather than me chasing it up.

Been looking at the Bernina 990 sewing and embroidery machine for over 2 years and was very pleased to see Sewing Centre had an offer for machine only.
I was offered an amazing trade in price on my 570QE and didn’t even need to send it to them before the 990 arrived.
Also given a discount on the Horn table I needed for the machine.
The offer includes a welcome free service worth £250 or 2 days tuition.
Had the machine for 2 weeks now and really can’t fault it, very easy to use, purrs along and the very large harp helps loosen the strain on my sore shoulders when pushing quilts through.

I bought a new sewing machine, Happy Japan ADV-6000 from sewcentre. I hadn’t heard of Happy Japan before. The thorough explanation and demonstration I had from the sewcentre service engineer convinced me to take a chance on a new Japanese company breaking into the domestic sewing machine market.
I am so glad I took that chance. It’s a fantastic machine. Easy to use, sews with consistent tension, sturdy and well made. I’ve used it for dressmaking, patchwork, and quilting, without purchasing an additional walking foot for quilting.
The customer service has been faultless and friendly, every additional bit of information I’ve required has been delt with efficiently. All items delivered next day first class post. Great company and a great buy.
