I received my Janome HD9 in a timely manner. I have not had any issues with either... It took nearly a month to receive the e-giftcard that came with the promotion, and I did not receive all of the items I had ordered with the gift card either. I am missing one of the quilt books...

I was so excited to get this machine,but it was some shipping issue at post office's customs and took longer than expected. The customer service at Sewingmachinplus was very professional and helpful. Package was sent quickly, but the initial email sent a UPS tracking number that didn't exist. After my inquiry, I received notice it was a FedEx number. Package arrived and that's what is important. Price was best I could find.

My sewing acrylic insert fits my cabinet and my machine beautifully! I’m so happy. The only thing I had to adjust was the height of my machine. It sits too low on the adjustable shelf so I added cardboard underneath it. I appreciate your employee who took my order accurately! Thank you!
