I used to live in London and I was really happy with the brand, recently I moved to Spain and I decided to purchase one of your dildos, I paid the delivery fee and what a surprise when I received my item and they asked me to pay on top another 25 euros. I think if you deliver to another country you should explain that they will have to spend a lot of money on top. Very disappointed and this is just worse for you as a brand as you will loose customers

We're SO sorry Natalia - but this is down to Brexit (which we are very sad about...)
We do try to explain in our delivery info:
'Tax (UK VAT) is automatically removed from orders made outside of the UK. You will need to pay your country's own VAT when your order arrives in your country. Your country's delivery company will send you this tax bill to pay. It's your responsibility to pay this tax. Some countries will not deliver the order until it has been paid'
We'll look to see if we can make it clearer on the product pages or check-out page... but unfortunately nothing can be done about the added tax situation - we blame Boris!

Smooth tracked delivery to the EU
We visited this shop in person 10 years ago and our purchase went strong up until a few weeks ago, when the battery died. I think 10 years is pretty good. We're not in the UK anymore so we ordered a replacement this time online. Delivery was smooth, we got continuous communication about its route. Thanks

Highly recommend
I am a women’s pelvic health physiotherapist and recommend their products regularly to my patients - ladies who experience pain with sex, vaginissimus, endometriosis. The feedback I receive from them using the dilator set is very positive - as they are softer and more ‘friendly’ than many other products.
Also a super friendly and helpful customer service - Thank you so much !
