My Panasonic shaver packed in recently. Had a few & this is the first time. I sent it back within its 1 year warranty. Luke Grimsby in customer Service for Shavers UK handled it. Kept in touch at every stage & told me what was happening. New replacement arrived today. Great job & first class service by Luke. Very impressed!!!

I hadn't heard of this website before and almost didn't order based on these reviews but I was very pleased with my purchase.

I bought a replacement Braun epilator head, which they do not sell directly. This was the cheapest price I could find, was the exact model I needed, works perfectly and was delivered within a week.

Very happy with Phurchase Ordered my shaver on the Thursday Evening, and was Delivered first thing Monday Morning. Very impressed with the quickness of service.
After reading the reviews on here I did have my concerns but I need not to worry. At least im safe for another 7yrs before I need to buy a shaver again.

Ordered a shaver in June which was on 1-2 days delivery but still hasn't been recieved yet.

Tried chasing after a couple of weeks and was promised it would be despatched straight away, but it still hasn't arrived.

Avoid this company at all costs.

Ordered at 08:08 on the 19th June before their 13:30 cutoff for same day despatch. 2 to 3 day deliver should be delivered by 24/06 at the latest but gave them plenty of time before I called and after Postie has been on the 25/06. Items just been despatched today and the guy on the phone couldn't care less about it.

Ordered the item took a few days to even find and send, no way of checking whe the parcel is, been told it has been send over a week now and still not recieved. Keep well away from this company if you want service

A shaver is not something you buy often and my last purchase was quite sometime ago. It was a Panasonic and proved to be very reliable. I recently ordered another but decided to spend extra for a slightly better model. I did cause them some inconvenience but thanks to Luke he has sorted everything out. Their prices are probably the best you will find and they do not try to upsell you. My decision to spend extra was for personal reasons. Despite some negative reviews I would highly recommend.

Received an email confirming my order, only to receive an email an hour later cancelling my order without any reason given. Should of done my research first, as reviews are not the best. Will not use this company again

Bought a new blade head set for a Braun beard shaver (Type 5517), arrived in a couple of days and exact fit. Cheaper than a lot of other online plces as well. No problems at all.

I bought the Braun s7 Razor. It gives a close shave and has a battery that lasts a long time but it doesn't hold the shavings. They drop out of the underside of the head whilst you are shaving, making a mess on the floor or around the sink. I also miss the fact that it doesn't have a trimmer attached. I have tried contacting customer services but each time I get passed on to another wrong extension.

They sell items that they don’t have in stock! I was so reluctant buying something from here as the website looked dodgy, I looked up some reviews and turns out they are dodgy. My order hasn’t arrived and their excuse was that there was an error in stock so once it’s available they’ll dispatch it. They better give me my replacement blade or I’ll be taking legal action.

Purchased £25 worth of products. Never sent or received. Chased via email and received 1 response (so they are getting it) but no action or resolution. Had to get Paypal to reverse the order.

They deliberately give you no order info (lucky I wrote the order number down), and deliberately don't respond - presumably hoping you give up because it is not a huge amount. Went through all the paperwork and thankfully got my money back. Would not purchase from again.

Ordered replacement blades and foil for my razor. I contacted them to slightly change the order which they did with no fuss. Excellent service

Have used this company for a good few years without any issues. Having recently placed an order I was a little concerned to read some of the negative reviews after I’d placed the order. However, communication was good, item arrived on time, I am very pleased with it and , based upon my experience I’m happy to leave this positive review based upon my latest order and those from the past

I ordered an io black toothbrush head holder on the 12th February it is now the 5th March!!! No item and no refund!!! I had to chase them - first of all they told me the item wasn’t in stock and then the item was in stock and now they are just not answering my emails!! They have my money and I still don’t have my item!!! Shocking company, shocking service — DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!!! UPDATE: the day after writing this review with absolutely no communication whatsoever thus item came in the post!! Also being a cautious person and always using PayPal or a credit card so I have insurance when purchasing off a new company PayPal refunded me yesterday for the item in question. LOVE PAYPAL severely dislike Shavers my conclusions do not purchase from this company save your money and time!

I would not recommend purchasing a shaver from Shavers.co.uk (aka Olympic Shavers).

When my previously reliable Panasonic shaver developed a fault they would not abide by the Consumer Rights Act and replace the shaver as they are required to do by law, a repair having failed; even though the shaver was only two and a half years old. Moreover their representative attempted to gaslight me and misrepresent their lack legal responsibility.

Buy a shaver from them at your own risk !

Made order on Thursday afternoon,just after same day dispatch cut-off, so presumed order would be dispatched on Friday,heard nothing.
Phoned first thing Monday to be told it had somehow been held up,promised definite dispatch Monday for delivery Tuesday,just phoned to be told they'd messed up again promised will now be Tuesday, very disappointing level of service,I shouldn't be having to keep chasing as they took money straight away!!
