The year started with a bad experience with another estate agent. But, from the moment I spoke to Ben at sheens, everything changed.
Ben came round and valued the house, very friendly and knowledgeable. From that moment, Sheens did everything they promised us. Phone calls were answered, viewers were regular, feedback was within a couple of days via email or call. Our house sold in three months. It was like our buyer was the perfect one to pass on our family home to. Once sold, we had lots of communication up until the day of exchange/completion. And when I went in to leave keys, it was so lovely. They were all so supportive especially with my emotions and being tearful. They were reassuring and supportive. So thanks to John for being such a nice calm young man and keeping us up to date with viewings and feedback. Thanks to Lee for finding us the perfect buyer. Once her confidence grew, there was no telling that she was relatively new. She was amazing. Mustn't forget Gary, he has a superb team and he was also available for help and support.

I recently had dealings with Georgia from Sheens based in Frinton. I was working on behalf of my mother in-law Jean Robinson, who purchased a 2 bedroom bungalow in Kirby -Le-Soken. As the buyer of this property, I was not paying Sheens any commission. Georgia's communication and work ethic was fantastic, If i could only say the same for William H Brown, who sold Jean's previous property and i have paid them £4666.80. for doing next to nothing.

We used Sheen's in 2023 and can't rate them enough. We went up for sale just as the interest rates were increasing and had 2 chain collapses. Yet James and his team answered every call, every email until we finally got it over the line. Not just with our sale, but also providing as much information as possible on the other parts of the chain. Without them we would never have moved and I can't recommend them enough. Very reasonable fees and just an overall professional friendly service.
