So simple, Jo answered all my questions about the 'saddle trial' process and everything went very smoothly

Jo was so helpful and easy to talk to, she really went above and beyond to get me what I wanted.

Jo was so brilliant - I've never bought a saddle before and my horse is a difficult shape, so I needed lots of advice and help.
I borrowed four in the end and she was fantastic at advising me then lining them up to arrive in time for my saddler's visit etc. Just a brilliant service, very happy.

I’ve really struggled trialling saddles in the past with shipping and saddler dates and times. However the staff at Sheepham Saddles have been amazing, answering all my questions, queries and bending over backwards to ensure times/ dates worked for myself and the saddler.
