Ordered the shells, a selection of seeds, and terracotta watering spikes.
I had never heard of irrigation spikes before, so thought I would give them a try instead of having to stretch the hose all the way to the other end of the garden.
I've been using them for the last 2 weeks now and honestly think they make a difference to my watering schedule.
The shells look lovely on top of my garden pots and seem to be keeping the slugs at bay from my dahlias.

I got some ceramic spikes to keep my plants watered during the heatwave. They are fantastic quality and arrived really quickly! I had even emailed the day after I ordered to ask about when they'd come because I was a bit nervous about the heat, and the person who replied was lovely. Would definitely recommend this company. My plants are still alive and the spikes are working great!

I'd heard of Shell on Earth but then forgot to look them up until it popped up on Facebook about them being at Chelsea. The biggest decision was what size to get as you don't know how far it will go. I went for 11kg. The product arrived really quickly. As a 73 year old woman I could lift it. It comes in a strong polythene bag. I decanted it into a jug and poured it into the tops of my summer bedding pots and around hosts. Not a single bite mark on any leaf. It's amazing. I'll be back for more but what I'd also like, Shell on Earth, is a storage container with brand name on as there's no closure on the bag. Buy it. You'll not regret it.
