Superb service from this company, I received a reply in a few hours regarding stock levels of the product I wanted.
It then reached my doorstep in the UK from the US in 8 days! (faster than ordering within the UK)
Will definitely use Shirley's again.... so pleased.... and thank you!

As someone just starting on their wig journey, I feel super lucky to have found Shirley's Wig Shoppe! Shirley and her team have been super helpful and quick with both my orders, as well as with my questions around wig wearing in general. I expected long shipping times as I was ordering from outside the US, but each time got my order within a week.

Do keep in mind that if you are ordering from outside the US, you will have to pay a customs fee and taxes on top of the product + shipping cost. In my case, I calculated it beforehand and it was still a much better deal than I could find in local retailers.

I also definitely recommend doing a stock check before as suggested on their website for the smoothest experience.

I have placed multiple orders and have always been pleased with the product that I receive. I enjoy watching the live shows. From my experience this is a great company.

Avoid this company, I returned a wig to avoid the extra cost that I had to pay to get it upon arrival. I couldn't afford it so I asked UPS to return it, which took 1,5 month. Shirley's Wig Shoppe will charge you 43% of the cost, and I had to pay UPS for the return and taxes anyway. It has cost me nearly the price of the wig while I have nothing. They refuse to explain why they charge for 'restocking' while the wig is untouched. Customer service simply don't answer the question and finally said they don't have to, so much for customer service. An expensive lesson I advise you to avoid.
