Ordered item on 6th March and hadn't arrived by 28th despite promises. Untrustworthy company. Do not buy from them.

Product described as porcelain. What arrived was cheap earthenware. Emailed as per information in packaging 6/52 still no response. Poor Product and even poorer customer service. Should not be allowed to sell on large selling sites such as amazon.

Heb een mooie mini tractor stoel besteld.zag er op oog degelijk uit .de boel verbouwd op de tractor,en stond en zat super.
Met de 2 de x proefzitten viel me op dat de zitting los laat van de stoel.
Hee das niet goed met 2 x zitten.
Nader onderzocht is de rand die alles op de plek moet houden niet verlijmd.
Dus glijdt zo los .
Dacht maandagochtend ding kan gebeuren.
Ff contact opnemen met shop4trac
Bellen en bellen.nee over de gehele dag geprobeerd. Kreeg ineens iemand aan de lijn vijf woorden en pleurden de hoorn er weer op .
Hierna meerdere keren met bellen gewoon verbroken.
Dacht dat het een goed bedrijf was maar nee. Waardeloos bedrijf dus .
Gelukkig kan ik zelf heel veel dus verlijmd hem zelf maar ff.

J'ai cdé une pompe à eau pour un moteur Shibaura vieux de 40 ans. Identique à celle d'origine pour un prix hyper compétitif, livré en 2 jours.

J'ai reçu de mauvaise pièces malgré la désignation de mon tracteur, le site n'est pas complet et pas précis dans les informations du produit .
Ce n'est pas possible de trouvé des pièces car rien n'es spécifier dans les détails..
Une fois et plus jamais..

The worst delivery system in history.
Packages do not come, or are extremely delayed.
The customer support is scripted and always give Covid-19 as the excuse for delayed deliveries.
Furthermore, packages are not tracked.
Avoid this shop at all costs.

Incredible trashy devliery system, ordered three times, first two had 2 weeks delay after dispatched. Last one had 1 month delay after having payed for express delivery. They do not provide tracking, they just laugh any time you ask them to please help you on locating/getting your item. They are absolutely not helpful, not through e-mail, nor through phone.

I am never ever again buying from this site, the 4-5€ you save on the price are not worth having to wait an absurd amount of time.

I advise any of you to avoid this site like the plague.

Can’t get ahold of anyone but since I ordered a Christmas gift on dec 1 I have not received any info regarding my shipment or the order and the item has not been delivered. My cc was promptly charged but.....that’s it! Total waste! My order was #1491.....

J'ai commander une manette de ps5 a 66frs (prix indiqué en franc suisse sur le site.
Le site était marqué shop4.ch !!!
Après 3 semaine j'ai reçu la manette avec 26frs de frais de douane.
C est déloyale de mettre (.ch) et de ne pas indiqué clairement qu il y aura des frais de douane. J'ai perdu 26frs et 3 semaines je ne commanderai plus chez eux. ces (.ch) c est une arnaque

I have ordered a cable adapter about a month ago, and it was scheduled to be delivered one week ago. No news about the item and its whereabouts. Not recommended at all
