Excellent customer service

Products not delivered and although we had tracking number and could see package was stuck at Auspost, Auspost advise for this co to contact them. They didn't respond to emails, were totally unhelpful on phone. Not interested in helping at all, we had to sort out ourselves. Customer service 0 out of 10 with our issue.

the part l ordered was a perfect match, was so happy as l didn't to lose my gamma haircut clippers.

Easy to use website, legitimate products and super fast delivery.

The service is poor. I ordered an item which hasn’t been delivered after 2+ weeks.

Firstly I was hit with an additional freight charge for something that clearly stated it was under the free delivery for orders over $199 and no mention anywhere of additional freight. I promptly paid this in good faith as I didn’t want to get petty about it.

Then, I received no updates, no tracking and when I enquired I didn’t get an apology, resolution or even a proper update.

I would not be using this company to purchase anything in future and certainly won’t be recommending it.

The delivery service is terrible. I had paid an extra 19 dollars for express, but my package has not arrived and has been delayed multiple times. At this point, it is later than the normal rate of delivery, and I cannot get a refund for the express delivery pricing
